熱治療超音波換能器設計

摘要


本文主要目的在改善傳統壓電換能器的設計方式,以提供一套較適合醫療用超音波換能器的設計方式,並討論適合此種換能器的材料參數。 本文將以TWSF模式作為壓電換能器的分析方法,推導換能器的 公式。並設計一套換能器的設計流程,改善一般設計方式共振頻會率飄移的問題,使得換能器效率最高的頻率能與原先設計的工作頻率符合,讓換能器在工作頻率上可達到有最好的效率,最後將分析過程簡化。 之後經由數值模擬的方式,驗證TWSF分析換能器的正確性,以及比較新設計方式與傳統設計方式的差異,並由模擬結果找出較適合治療用換能器的設計參數。

The primary aim of this research is to improve the conventional design process, and make it more suitable for therapy transducer. The optimal design for therapy transducer is also in discussion. In this thesis, the TTF formula has been derived by TWSF, and a new design process has been provided. Furthermore, the analysis procedure has been simplified. By using the new process, the TTF at the working frequency will be the maximum. Finally, the new process and the conventional process show the difference in the simulation results. According to the simulation results of the new process, the optimum design parameters have also been provided.
