地方文化活動之協力治理分析─以新北市永和區「仲夏夜之夢」為例

摘要

近年來，公部門興起一股治理研究的風氣，擺脫了國家、政府是唯一權威的思考方式，經由公部門與私部門彼此的協力關係，產生互動、合作與信任來達成公共利益。本研究為求瞭解新北市永和區「仲夏夜之夢」藝文系列活動是否如同其預期成果，能夠帶動永和區多元化與精緻化之文化氣息，讓區民陶冶在藝文饗宴中，將以協力治理的角度，評估此藝文活動如何達成區民之公共利益及其成效。同時也將探討該藝文活動透過公私部門協力關係之互動所帶來的地方文化觀光效益，以及針對其如何結合地方文化特色做一深入研究。

In recent years, the public sector is rising of governance study. Geting rid of the country, the government is the sole authority of thinking. Through the relationship with each other the public sector and private sector are generated interaction, cooperation and trust to achieve the public interest. In this study, for the sake of understanding the case of "Midsummer Night's Dream" in Yonghe District, New Taipei City whether achieve the desired outcomes, driven culture of pluralism and refined in Yonghe District and let the citizens to cultivate the arts activities.
In this article, assess of this arts activities how to achieve the public interest of the citizens and effectiveness in Collaborative Governance. In addition, explore the arts activities through the relationship between public and private sectors are produced local cultural tourism benefits, and depth study of how to combine local cultural characteristics in this study.
