我國電動機車產業發展策略分析

Development Strategy for the Industry of Electric-Scooter in Taiwan

摘要


本研究以Porter的「鑽石理論模型」為基礎,考量「生產」、「需求」、「企業戰略、策略與競爭對手」、「相關產業與支持產業」、「政府與機會」五大構面,以及其下十五項要素,設計出學者專家評分問卷,再以結合「應用決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL)」與「網路層級分析法(ANP)」之DANP法(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory based on Analytic Network Process)分析國內學者專家所填寫之有效問卷,探討並瞭解有助於我國電動機車產業發展的關鍵要素。本研究亦同時發放簡易問卷給18-30歲之年輕朋友填寫,並回收分析其結果,以與前項分析結果相互比對驗證。本研究發現,五大構面中之「需求」與「企業戰略、策略與競爭對手」兩大構面對我國電動機車產業發展之影響最為顯著;而最重要的三項要素分別為「加強與材料設備商合作」、「行銷推廣」與「電動機車效能與電池效率」。

This study aims to explore key components and factors that affect the development of electric-scooter industry in Taiwan. In the study, Porter's diamond model was adopted firstly for the construction of five components including "factor conditions," "demand conditions," "strategy, structure & rivalry," "related supporting industries," and "government & chances." Afterwards, fifteen factors were selected under these components. Secondly, scholars were interviewed and their opinions were analyzed by DANP (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory based on Analytic Network Process). Opinions of potential young customers were surveyed as well, which were used for comparing and verifying the result from scholars. The overall result of this study shows that "demand conditions" and "strategy, structure and rivalry" are the most important two among Porter's five components. As for factors under the five components, "collaboration with material and equipment suppliers," "marketing and promotion," and "efficiency of battery" are the most three important among all factors considered.
