整合性產品研發管理之研究—以電子業為例

摘要


本論文以某高科技行業為例,探討企業推動及導入整合性產品開發(IPD)的過程與重點。本研究之目的歸納如下: 一、 探討IPD可以帶給國內企業的實質利益。 二、 探討IPD對國內企業的適用性。 三、探討企業導入IPD時必須注意的重點。 四、以一家電子業公司為例,說明IPD如何適用在電子業的研發管理。 本研究主要採用文獻調查方法和個案研究方法。針對「IBM 研發管理模式」、「整合性產品研發管理」等方面的相關文獻加以收集探討。次級資料來源以國內外與研究主題相關之書籍著作等資料。個案研究方面,本研究對個案公司導入整合產品研發管理過程中,所使用的方法,過程中應注意的事項,以及成效,進行深入的檢視,主要目的是希望提供其他有興趣導入整合產品研發管理的公司參考之用。 本研究之結論如下: 一、這是研發管理的轉型,個案公司由過去靠經驗累積的方式,轉型為制度化、系統化的管理。 二、IPD改善了上市時間(Time to market)、達交能力及客戶滿意度。 三、個案公司獲得明顯的量化效益,也因此激勵員工。 四、變革管理在此類專案導入的過程中,是非常重要的。

A STUDY ON INTEGRATED PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT-TAKE A ELECTRONIC COMPANY AS EXAMPLE This thesis utilizes a particular high-tech sector to explore the process and essential focus of Integrated Product Development (IPD) implementation when adopted as a corporate initiative by enterprises. The objectives of this research are as follows: 1.Explore the benefits of IPD for domestic enterprises 2.Explore the suitability of IPD for domestic enterprises 3.Explore the focuses and issues which enterprises need to take account of during IPD implementation 4.Using one company as example, illustrate how IPD can be effectively used in R&D of the electronic industry The primary method of this research is adopting the Document investigation and the Case study. Aiming those related documents at the areas of 「IBM R&D management model」and 「Integrated Product Development Management」to do the collection and analysis. The Supplement materials are collecting the IPD related topics from the various sources of Papers, Researches, Books, and Magazines both international and domestic. There are in-depth depiction for the IPD implementation method, critical successful factors, and project benefits in the Case Study of this research, the main purpose of this is to provide a real case reference to those who are interest in implementing the IPD solution for the company. The key conclusions of this research are summarized as follows: 1.This is a business transformation for the Research Development Management. The company in the Case Study has successfully transformed from an experience accumulated base type of company to a systematic standard process and procedure driven type of company. 2.IPD has great improvement for the company in Time to Market, Availability to Promise, and Customer Satisfaction. 3.The company in the Case Study has gained remarkable quantified benefits, consequently brings the positive encouragement to the employees. 4.Change Management plays an key role in IPD project implementation.
