臨床研究護理師工作特性及生涯規劃之探索性研究

摘要


本研究為一橫斷性研究設計(Cross-Sectional Design),採用網路問卷型式並以不記名方式來進行施測。 本研究有三個研究目的: 一、調查臨床研究護理師在不同地區之醫院執業時,其執業範疇為何。 二、了解臨床研究護理師的工作特性、工作滿意度以及生涯規劃的感受。 三、探討影響臨床研究護理師轉任規劃的相關因素。 本研究採立意取樣及滾雪球方式於2014年4月11日至5月21日進行施測,共收集123份有效問卷,使用SPSS 20.0統計軟體進行分析。 研究對象以女性,31-35歲,教育程度為大學以及臨床研究護理師年資為2年以上未滿4年者為最多。在臨床研究護理師的工作現況方面,將其區分為5個子構面後分析得知:(1)臨床試驗管理層面,總分範圍7-42分(平均:16.72分)、(2)臨床試驗評估及準備層面,總分範圍5-30分(平均:13.75分)、(3)受試者管理層面總分範圍5-30分(平均:19.17分)、(4)臨床試驗執行層面總分範圍4-24分(平均:12.83分)、(5)臨床試驗資料處理層面總分範圍4-24分(平均:15.21分)。工作特性總分範圍5-25分(平均:18.34分)。工作滿意度總分範圍15-75分 (平均:50.93分)。生涯規劃總分範圍3-15分(平均:9.89分)。 迴歸分析結果顯示工作內容、工作特性皆對轉任規劃有顯著影響。 研究建議:(1)確立臨床研究護理師之定位、(2)薪資及升遷制度制定、(3)提供臨床研究護理師培訓計畫。

This is a nonexperimental, cross-sectional design using a web-based survey study and all survey responses were anonymous. The primy purpose of this study was to describe the frequency of the study activities performed by clinical research nurses. The secondary aim was to understand the job characteristic, job satis faction and career planning of clinical research nurse. The third aim was to explore the associated factor that affect clinical research nurse’s transfer planning. There were 123 completed and effective questionnaires to be collected by purposive sampling and snowball sampling from 11 April to 21 May 2014. Data were processed andanalyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistics software. Most study participants were women, aged 31-35 years, university-educated, and had been practicing in clinical research between 2-4 years. The job description of clinical research nurse was divided into five subclasses: (1) Study Management, the score ranged from 7-42 points (average: 16.72 points) (2) Site Evaluation and Setup, the score ranged from 5-30 points (average: 13.75 points) (3) Clinical Subject Management, the score ranged from 5-30 points (average: 19.17 points), (4) Clinical Practice, the score ranged from 4-24 points (average: 12.83 points) (5) Document Management, the score ranged from 4-24 points (average: 15.21 points). The job characteristic score ranged from 5-25 points (average: 18.34 points), the job satisfaction ranged from 15-75 points (average: 50.93 points), the career planning ranged from 3-15 points (average: 9.89 points). Linear regression found that: job description was correlated with clinical research nurse’s transfer planning and job characteristic was also correlated with clinical research nurse’s transfer planning. Conclusion suggest: (1) to ensure the job position of clinical research nurse. (2) to set up the guidelines for promotion and salary. (3) to provide the training course for senior and junior clinical research nurse.
