電子製造業SMT生產線推行工業4.0之研究– 以A公司為例

摘要


本研究試著以現有的學理和技術為基礎,進而發展出新的應用架構,將既有的工廠設備做最少的改變,來推行工業生產製造的新世代:工業4.0 (又稱為第四次工業革命)。 如此像工業4.0這種需要高度垂直整合供應鏈的新應用,才能迅速普及,才能加速實現工業4.0的願景。我們以A公司的SMT生產線當作推行工業4.0的案例研討,去瞭解實務上面臨的困難進而設法解決。 經過生產線實際導入新的應用架構,我們解決了SMT生產線推行工業4.0最大的問題:在缺乏統一標準的通訊協定環境下,能讓不同廠商、不同製程機台設備中的各種資訊能夠即時互相溝通與作資料的交換(即機台對機台的通訊溝通;M2M)。最後並整合了大數據的應用,將自動化生產提升到智慧生產的境界。

This study aims to develop a new application architecture based on off-the-shelf theory and technology with a minimum change of plant equipment to implement the new generation of industrial manufacturing: Industrial 4.0, also known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This application architecture is required for such a new application, Industry 4.0, which demands a high degree of vertical integration of the supply chain to become widespread, in order to accelerate the fulfillment of the vision for Industry 4.0. We chose A company's SMT production line as the case study for the implementation of Industry 4.0, to find out problems encountered in practice and develop solutions. During the introduction of the new architecture into the production line in our study, we have solved the most critical problem in the implementation of Industry 4.0 to SMT production lines- in the absence of a unified standard communication protocol environment, allowing different manufacturers, different process equipment with a variety of information to communicate with each other and exchange data (that is, the machine-to-machine communication. M2M). Finally, this study was integrated with the application of Big Data, which has upgraded the automated production to the level of Smart Production.
