影響少年安置滿意度之相關因素探究-以機構安置為例

摘要

本研究以因「兒童及少年福利法」、「少年事件處理法」而進入機構式安置、且安置滿三個月的少年為對象，透過修訂國內外量表以及自行編製而成的安置滿意度量表，以了解少年對安置生活的滿意度，以及影響安置滿意度的因素。結果發現受訪少年普遍滿意其安置生活；但半數少年對安置環境所提供的隱私權並不滿意。而在控制的情況下，少年對機構規範的感受越正向、少年與工作人員關係越好、少年和機構內同儕關係越好，則安置滿意度越高；其中，少年對機構規範的感受是影響安置滿意度最重要的因素。因此，本研究提出以下建議：
1.重新檢討機構規範的目的、規範的合理性，考量少年對規範的感受，並以公開、開放的態度來訂定適切的機構規範。
2.正向看待機構內同儕功能，建立曾接受機構安置者的社會網絡。
3.工作人員應扮演鼓勵、支持少年的角色。
4.納入安置滿意度以及相關影響因素的調查，成為機構例行評估的工具。

The subject of this study is the adolescents who receive the institutional care over three months because of against “Children and Adolescents Welfare Act”or“The Law Governing the Disposition of Juvenile Cases“. The researcher interviewed 254 adolescents by questionnaires and it aims to examine satisfaction of adolescents in institutions and understand what factors effect their satisfaction.
The research found that in general the adolescents were satisfied at their life in the institutions although in terms of privacy half the adolescents were not satisfied. However, under controlling other factors, the more positive attitude toward the rules and the better relationship with staff and peers the adolescents have; the higher satisfaction of the institutional care they have. Therefore, the researcher has suggestions as follows:
1.re-examining the purpose and rationality of the rules and considering the attitudes of adolescents in order to formulate the appropriate institutional rules.
2.to have positive perspectives about peers relationship on the institution and build up social support network with leavers.
3.The staff in the institutions should play an supportive roles to help adolescents
4.using the survey of satisfaction and related factors in institutions as an regular assessment tool.
