近年來舉辦國際大型運動賽會,成為現代化文明國家的指標,全球許多城市紛紛爭取主辦國際大型運動賽會,皆希望藉此機會提升國際知名度,而目前國內正著手籌備2009年高雄世界運動會及2009年台北聽障奧運會,此兩城市正積極的進行各項準備工作,如何配合賽會舉辦,成功地改造城市並且將城市行銷給全世界,實為重要的城市再發展議題。 此外主辦賽會的目的除了強化城市意象之外,是希望賽會活動結束後,還能夠持續為主辦城市帶來永續的效益,因此本研究主旨在於瞭解城市再發展的策略如何藉由體育場館設施之興建規劃,影響城市空間構成與功能,進而形塑城市行銷的意象,以期能夠為主辦城市帶來永續的效益。
Holding mega-events has become the index of the modernized and civilized country in recent years. Many global cities vie for the opportunity to host these mega-events, and hope to improve their international popularity. At present, Taiwan is preparing to host the 2009 Kaohsiung World Games and the 2009 Taipei Deaflympic. The two cities go on every preparation positively. How to let the city be succeeded in transforming and marketing to the whole world by holding mega-events is the important topic of the urban redeveloper. In addition, the purpose of holding mega-events is not only to strengthen the urban image, but to hope to bring the host city the sustainable benefits continually after games are over. Therefore, this research purport lies in understanding how the tactics of urban redeveloper influence the composition and function of urban space by the construction of gymnasiums and stadiums facilities, and then shape the image of the urban marketing, and expect to bring the host city the sustainable benefits.
