聚落平台的創意設計與發展: 以「六九一點 共享聚落」為例

摘要


私人空間的聚落平台「六九一點 共享聚落」(以下簡稱為691)於2011年將閒置工廠轉化成展演空間。相對於官方之空間整建營運移轉計劃,691提供作為各項藝文活動發生、運作之可能性空間。本論文主要探究691成立的願景與使命,691聚落平台園區與「雲端八卦」的設計與運用,以及六九一點創創事業有限公司的理想與實踐,最後提出對691營運迄今的階段性檢討與轉型的可能性。 本論文以個案研究法,整理691自2012年初起舉辦一系列之文化、建築、藝術與音樂等活動,其經營主要以691聚落平台之理念出發,以基金會方式進行營運管理。「資源共享」是691的願景,如何在維豐橡膠、基金會、創創以及私有的691多重關係中找到一個創新且可行的商業機制,以聚落平台的方式進行營運,或是合併成一種接近社會企業的經營模式,是本論文欲探究的主要問題。 本研究發現:(1) 691雖是一個整合所有概念及組織的單位,但其本身並無個別身分上明確的定位,故無法有其企業文化識別的依據;(2)平台的泥土化社區概念,是在時空背景下為了提案整理出來的論述,與原先藝術療癒的初衷有所差異;(3) 如果691要走向社會企業的永續經營,應該更積極開發可以消費的產品,並找出有支付能力的社群來參與691的活動。

The private 691 Sharing Village, hereafter 691, started transforming an idle factory space into a venue for exhibitions and art performances in 2011. With respect to the official “Reconstruct-Operate-Transfer” plan, 691 has provided the space for all kinds of art performances and activities. This research mainly investigates the vision and mission of 691, the design and application of the sharing village and「Bagua Computing」, and the ideal and practice of Creative One Enterprise Co., Ltd. Lastly, the research makes an evaluation of the management of 691 since the beginning of its establishment and the possibility of its transformation. As a case-based study, we examined a series of cultural, architectural, artistic, and musical events 691 has organized since 2012. The concept of managing 691 centers upon the idea of serving as a sharing village and it functions as a private foundation. “Sharing resources” is the vision of 691. The main research questions aim at examining (1) how to operate the management of this foundation with the model of a village platform, (2) how to find an innovative business mechanism to function and maintain the relations among Wei Feng Rubber Company Ltd., Foundation, Creative One Enterprise Co., Ltd., and 691, and (3) how to develop a management model that is close to a social enterprise. The findings of the study show that first, 691 is an unit integrating many concepts and organizations, but its own individual identity is not clearly defined. Therefore, it lacks the recognition of its own corporate culture. Second, the idea of localizing the sharing village is proposed under the current social condition. It is against the original intention of the village to achieve the goal of artistic healing. Third, if 691 wants to move towards sustainable social enterprises, it has to develop more consumable products and target the social groups who are economically capable to participate the activities of 691.
