福山植物園親子活動單使用成效評估之研究

摘要


本研究旨在評估福山植物園親子活動單使用之成效,透過非參與式觀察法、遊客IPA 問卷調查,並搭配解說志工半結構式訪談法,來瞭解參與親子對於福山植物園親子活動單之滿意度以及看法,並評估其內容品質,最後提出修正及改善建議。 觀察結果顯示,大多數的家庭都會於園區內應用親子活動單進行動,且多數家長會協助孩童填寫活動單,另有超過半數的家庭將親子活動單搭配園內解說牌使用,並於指定地點觀察自然環境。在志工看法方面,志工對於親子活動單抱持著肯定的態度,認為親子活動單能提升生態遊憩品質,但活動單內的圖樣編排與內容呈現尚需評估其適切性,且發放活動單的方式與設計活動單的流程可再做調整,此外,應將親子活動單做為輔助的路線圖,在發放時謹慎使用引導語,使遊客以輕鬆愉快的心情使用親子活動單。在IPA問卷調查中,共回收484份問卷,其中有效問卷共441份,問卷回收率91.12%,使用福山植物園親子活動單的家庭,有81.9%的家庭為初次造訪福山;同行總人數以6 至10 人居多,同行孩童則以小學一年級學生最多,占40.5%;多數家庭造訪福山植物園之主因乃希望能增加接觸大自然的機會,亦有超過52.6%的家長每月會帶家中孩童出遊2-3次。從使用者對於親子活動單之重視及滿意程度顯示,多數變項位於繼續保持區,顯示遊客對於福山植物園親子活動單之肯定度偏高,而「活動單內容一目了然,淺顯易懂」與「活動單提供充分的生態知識」則須列為活動單設計優先改善的選項。再者,有將近93%的使用者認為參觀福山植物園有需要使用活動單,其能使參與者更加專注的觀察周遭環境、增加生態知識以及提升孩童興趣,亦希望親子活動單能增加猜謎、闖關尋寶等類型的遊戲項目,提升遊憩過程的趣味性。 依據研究結果顯示,活動單頗受好評,有持續推廣的必要,經營單位與解說志工在設計解說活動單之流程上需更進一步有效合作、溝通,妥善引導遊客使用親子活動單,且依遊客需求設計不同性質的親子活動單。

The study aims to assess the effectiveness of Parent-child worksheets of Fushan Botanical Garden. Through non-participatory observation, IPA visitor survey, and volunteer interpreter semi-structured interviews, the study learns visitors’satisfaction extent and perception to participate in Parent-child worksheets of Fushan Botanical Garden, as well as assesses the quality. By doing these, the study gives amendments and suggestions for improvements at the end. The study result shows that most families act in the Garden are in line with the worksheets and help their children completing worksheets; more than half of families use both worksheets and information boards, and observe natural environment at specified locations. In the view of volunteers, they hold positive attitude towards the Parent-child worksheets;they think Parent-child worksheets can upgrade ecological recreation quality, but assessment for the pattern editing and content rendering need to suit situation; they also think that the way to issue worksheets and the design process can be further adjusted. In their opinion, Parent-child worksheets should be an auxiliary line for family activities; attention should be paid on the guide words so that visitors can always have pleasant mood in using Parent-child worksheets.In the IPA questionnaire, 441 effective questionnaires were collected out of 484 samples. The response rate was 91.12%. Among the Parent-child worksheets, 81.9% of families are the first time visiting Fushan Botanical Garden; they are usually grouped in 6 to 10 members and 40.5% of children are in first grade; the main reason for families visiting Fushan Botanical Garden is hoping to increase chances to contact with nature. More than 52.6% of families take children enjoy the journey 2-3 times a month. From users’attitude towards the Parent-child worksheets and satisfaction, there is stable participation even for different variables, which shows that visitors have highly positive attitude towards family activities in Fushan Botanical Garden. Issues reflected on flyers, such as "The Parent-child worksheets is clear, simple and easy "and " The Parent-child worksheets provides comprehensive ecological knowledge" shall be listed as prior options to be improved in design. In addition, nearly 93% of users agree there is a need to use worksheets in visiting, which allows more focusing on the observation of the surrounding environment, increasing ecological knowledge and improving interest . Users also hope that projects such as puzzles, checkpoints and treasure hunt can be added on the Parent-child worksheets so that to make activities more fun. Based on the findings, it is necessary to continuously promote the worksheets. It is better if management units can increase the exposure of Parent-child worksheets and find more channels to publicize worksheets. It is also recommended that management units properly guide visitors using worksheets and design more visitor-oriented ones according to their needs and cooperate with volunteer interpreters.
