鋁捲窗應用在窗戶部位隔熱及節能效益實測研究 -以台大綠房子為例-

摘要


「能源」相關議題自石油危機以來受到普遍的重視與發展,國內在建築節能思潮衝擊下,窗戶部位的隔熱及耗能問題也就廣受重視。鋁捲窗是歐洲常用於窗戶部位做為保溫的手法之ㄧ,但由於氣候的差異,鋁捲窗實際應用在台灣的隔熱功效為何卻是不得而知? 本研究希冀藉由窗戶部位隔熱及耗能問題的探討與鋁捲窗應用時的實際測試,能瞭解鋁捲窗是否合適做為台灣窗戶部位隔熱問題之改善良策,期此學術研究之成果未來能落實至實際的運用上,作為設計者與業界之參酌,並期未來能提供予政府機關,作為推廣節約能源時,窗戶部位的設計手法之ㄧ。 研究結論歸納如下: 1.鋁捲窗關閉,不論是單獨使用鋁捲窗或是鋁捲窗與玻璃窗均關閉,其造成的內外溫差與熱阻隔比率均是較高的。 2.冷氣使用後,約可保有5.48℃/h的保溫時間。 3.本研究雖僅針對鋁捲窗隔熱進行探討,但實際上鋁捲窗若全部關閉,裡面窗戶多數也是密閉狀態。當玻璃厚度為3mm,鋁捲窗加玻璃的平均熱傳透率為2.7 W/m2K,而15cmR.C.牆平均熱傳透率為3.5 W/m2K,可知鋁捲窗加玻璃的隔熱效果可達外牆平均熱傳透率標準。在此情況下,外殼等價開窗率及其折減因子規定是否應檢討,才不會使得出於良好立意的綠建築法規,造成建築立面設計時的不合理限制。

Since the petroleum crisis, the subjects in energy shortage became a popular value and development well. Heat insulation and energy consume of windows are valued ethos under energy-saving of architecture in Taiwan. In Europe, rolling shutters with window to be used in heat insulate, but the effects and application in Taiwan are unknown as result in different kinds of climate. The research hope to discuss heat insulation and energy consume about rolling Shutters, and test the actual application timing to find out appropriately heat insulation questions and improvements for local window spots. This research will be able to contribute the actual apply technique to all designers when the governmental agency promote the save-energy policy in the future. The research method as follows: 1. Realize the analytic conditions of Taiwan heat environment from the climatic data, and use the simple 3D simulation and computer data to discus the heat insulation and heat detrition of rolling Shutters window with improvements and influence. 2. Using thermocouple wire , data-logger and electronic hygrometer account the material superficial temperature diff and humidity diff inside and outside when the rolling shutters off. Research conclusion induction as follows: 1. When rolling Shutters off , using rolling Shutters alone or window with rolling Shutters closure off both make temperature range and surface resistance to become higher. 2. After the air conditioner uses, approximately may hold 5.48 ℃/H. 3. This research only discuss in heat insulation of the rolling Shutters. When the rolling shutters closed completely, glass window was almost in closed state. When glass thickness is 3mm, mean heat transmission coefficient of rolling shutters adds the glass t is 2.7 W/M²K. And mean heat transmission coefficient of 15cm R.C wall is 3.5 W/ M²K, we prove out the heat insulation efficiencies of rolling shutters with glass window can accord mean heat transmission coefficient of outside wall. In this situation, the equal value window-opening rate of outer wall ( Req) and reduction factor should be examined ,or frontispiece design will be bounded unreasonably from the Green Building Laws which have good decides.
