鄉村宗教組織社會資本運作模式之研究 〜以財團法人台灣省台中縣大甲鎮瀾宮為例

摘 要
本研究選定財團法人台灣省台中縣大甲鎮瀾宮為對象，採用質性研究的深入訪談，及參與觀察法，進行相關研究資料蒐集。藉由訪談資料、觀察紀錄、相關文獻的交叉分析，探討鄉村宗教組織社會資本內涵與運作，及其影響因素。研究內容中針對大甲鎮瀾宮與其他公、私部門、以及非營利組織間的「關係網絡結構」與「關係認知規範」構面，對組織核心幹部或成員進行訪談，參佐相關文獻資料，做綜合分析與討論。透過鄉村宗教組織社會資本建構過程中的互動緣起動機、互動正式性、資源流動情形、互動頻率、關係強弱等形式內容，分析歸納各組織與鄉村宗教組織間的網絡結構模式。並且根據信任機制與互惠機制等認知規範型式的探討，發展出關於鄉村宗教組織關係認知規範模式，並討論影響鄉村宗教組織社會資本運作之因素，以瞭解鄉村宗教組織社會資本發展之運作方向。

根據本研究第四、五、六共三章的描述與分析，將大甲鎮瀾宮與三個組織間的關係比較，歸納出下列四項明顯的差異：關係強度、關係認同、關係持續性、及關係對等性。本研究結論指出，鄉村宗教組織之社會資本關係網絡結構模式有下列三種：法定從屬任務取向模式、異業營利合作取向模式、規範從屬情感取向模式；決定關係網絡結構模式之不同的影響因素，有以下三項：正式性、互動目的、及時間。此外，鄉村宗教組織之社會資本關係認知規範模式亦可分為下列三種：制度型、營利型、情感型。而影響關係認知規範形成之因素有：時間、同質性、立即性回饋、及成員特性四項。

本研究建議未來相關研究，可針對鄉村宗教組織社會資本發展或運作，做更詳細的深入研究；即社會資本的負向功能，也是值得進一步加以研究的。此外，也可探討社會資本的創造與鄉村社會資源整合模式，以提供鄉村地區範圍的文化產業發展策略。

Abstract
This study adopts in-depth interview and participant observation to analyze the social capital of Dajia Zhen-Lan Temple, using “the relations network structure” and “the relational cognition norm” as two key constructs. In terms of the research contents, the relations between Dajia Zhen-Lan Temple and organizations from public sector (Tai-Chung Government) and from private sector (Television company), as well as other religions Non-profit Organization are the research foci.

Three types of network structure are induced from the analysis: the legal subordinate task-orientation model, the hetero-industry profit-oriented cooperation model, and the norm subordinate emotion-orientation model. And three kinds of relational cognition norm are categorized as: systematic, commercialized, and emotional model.

For future research, this study suggests to focus on the dysfunction and the creation of social capital, and rural resource mobilization model. More detailed analyses of the social network between organization members, as well as the relations between other rural organizations are also recommended.
