總體經濟情勢對國庫存款之影響研究

摘要

政府預算收支反映公部門活動的運作，決策當局藉由公庫制度安排收入與支出的組合，滿足政府預算需求，從而提升國家資源配置效率，維持經濟穩定成長。本文係以中央政府的財務行政為對象，針對台灣1997年1月至2006年12月，共計120個樣本點的月資料進行驗證，研析總體經濟情勢對國庫存款餘額變動的影響，並透過虛擬變數探討當體系發生重大事件時對國庫存款的衝擊效果。
