創業者參與創業輔導平台行為之研究

創業者在創業的過程中，需要合適的創業輔導機制給予適時的協助，而創業輔導平台則是運作創業輔導機制的環境，如育成中心、加速器…等。從文獻回顧與時事觀察裡發掘創業輔導平台協助創業與促進經濟發展的價值。本研究將以創業者的角度，研究創業輔導平台的服務項目與創業者參與行為之關聯性。本研究採用質量並用法，透過創業輔導平台資料的調查研究，並與蒐集創業者訪談的資料進行彙總分析研究，從分析結果進一步瞭解創業者參與創業輔導平台的互動行為與關聯，從中整理得出創業輔導平台對創業者在創業過程中的輔助與各階段的助益。研究結果整理發掘出，參與創業輔導平台會帶給創業者公司發展與獲利，且創業者選擇參與創業輔導平台時會考慮所處事業階段、對平台的服務需求與創業相關知識經驗等因素的命題。本研究亦整理出創業者公司各個事業階段適合參與哪種類型創業輔導平台的對應關係，如：建議處於種子期的創業者參與育成中心或創業社群類型平台…等，以及創業者選擇參與創業輔導平台建議評估事項，如：風險管理與投資報酬評估…等。期望藉本研究成果，提供創業者在公司發展策略上的媒合選擇，與創業輔導平台在經營戰略上營運規劃的參考。

Entrepreneurship needs the right and timely assistance counseling, and the platforms of entrepreneurial guidance is operating environment of entrepreneurial guidance and counselling (e.g., Incubator, Seed accelerator). Through the relevant literature search and current observation show economic value from the platforms of entrepreneurial guidance assist entrepreneurship. Therefore, the aim of this article attempts to explore how the platforms of entrepreneurial guidance’s services and behaviors of entrepreneurs participated in platform are related, from the point of view of entrepreneurs. This research involved a mixed approach using both quantitative data regarding the platforms’ and qualitative data regarding entrepreneurs’. Analysis results facilitate further to understand behaviors of entrepreneurs participated in platform and correlation among behaviors, and summarize the platform might assist each entrepreneurship stage of the build. Results of this study showed propositions from behaviors of entrepreneurs participated in platform influence by entrepreneurship stage, platforms of service, knowledge, and experience. In addition, participate platforms achieve profitability and growth at the same time. It also attempts to sort out corresponding relationship between entrepreneurs’ corporate stage and participated in what kind of platform (e.g., corporation in seed stage recommend participated in incubator or entrepreneurial network), and assess matters for entrepreneurs participated in platform (e.g., risk assessment, evaluate investments). Results assist entrepreneurs’ corporate development strategy to do services matching and selection, and reference for platform strategy and operations to make a business plan.
