近年來網路的發展快速,如何利用網路加快學術傳播成為當今熱門的議題。故本研究應用OAIS開放式典藏資訊系統參考模式建置學科型典藏庫,分別包括如下:回溯典藏數位化,如Metadata建檔、過刊掃描數位化、授權徵集、校對、後製等相關工作;分析DOAJ、DC、RSS、MODS等數種Metadata標準與典藏系統間資料庫欄位的對應關係以規劃典藏庫、同時應用OAI-PMH等互通協定作為典藏系統資訊傳播的管道以利應用加值與傳播;最後設計使用者介面將完整的資訊呈現給使用者。本研究結論如下: 一、評估並選擇適合的系統開發模式 二、探討數種Metadata格式應用於期刊的對應與轉換 三、回溯典藏數位化流程規劃 四、以OAIS參考模式建置期刊典藏系統 根據本研究結果,提出以下建議: 一、制定權威檔及索引典 二、實作其他互通協定 三、以不同層級著錄METS格式 四、計量分析與資料探勘 五、建置引文索引資料庫
In recent years, rapid development of Internet, how to use the Internet to speed up the scholarly communication has become a hot topic. Therefore, this study implement the open archival information system (OAIS) reference model to build a disciplinary repositories, and included the following: Digitized the back issues, such as the Metadata archiving, digital scanning, authorization, correction, post-production and other related work; not only analysis Metadata standards like DOAJ, DC, RSS, MODS etc., but also mapping to the database to design the archival system, furthermore, use the protocol such as OAI-PMH to communicate with each repositories; finally, design of the user interface to present to the user. This finding of this study as follows: 1. Evaluate and select the appropriate model for system development. 2. To explore the Metadata format used in mapping to the database. 3. Planning the process of the digitized back issues. 4. Implement OAIS reference model to establish Open Journal Archive System. Some suggestions proposed in this study include: 1. Developing authority files and thesauri. 2. Practices other interoperability protocol. 3. Different levels of recording in METS format. 4. Infometrics analysis and data mining. 5. Build Citation Index database.
