不同教學風格的教師在iClass使用評估上之差異分析

摘要

目前資訊科技和網際網路的發達，使人類學習新知識的方式也有不同的改變，透過數位學習平台，教學者可以不受時間與空間的限制，發展出不同的教學模式與方法。因此，本研究以Grasha提出的教學風格量表與Neilsen提出使用性評估的方法進行測試，了解不同教學風格的教師對iClass使用性評估上的差異，目的在於了解使用者在iClass中的操作情形，以判斷該網站的使用性以及針對網站的問題提出具體的建議。

研究流程主要分為以下五個階段:
(一)確定研究方法
(二)規劃使用性評估流程並準備研究工具。
(三)進行使用性評估的執行。
(四)根據文獻與研究方法進行資料分析。
(五)根據網站使用性問題提出改善建議與結論。

依據研究結果可以提出以下結論:
(一)專家型教學風格與幫助型教學風格的教師對iClass使用性評估上並無顯著差異。
(二)本研究由於只出現專家型與幫助型兩種風格，因此無法比較其他種教學風格在操作iClass學習平台上的差異為何？
(三)網站的介面設計須考量使用者的心智與習慣。

Abstract:
At the present time, people have learned to acquire new knowledge with different ways with the development of information technology and the internet. By using the e- learning platform, teachers can develop different teaching modes and methods without being limited by time and space. Therefore, this study uses Grasha's teaching style scale and Neilsen's usability testing method to test the difference of iClass usability assessment between different teaching styles. The purpose of the study is to determine the website's usability and make specific suggestions for the issue, by understanding how the users operate in the iClass.

The process can be divided into five stages:
1. Establish the research methods.
2. Plan for the usability assessment process and prepare research tools.
3. Implement usability testing.
4. Go for data analysis, according to the literature and research methods.
5. Make recommendations for the improvements and conclusions, according to the usability of the website.

Based on the results of the study, we can made following conclusions:
1.There is no significant difference in the usability assessment of iClass between the
teachers of expert teaching style and facilitator teaching style.
2.In this study, as only expert and facilitator two teaching style were used, it’s impossible
to compare the differences of other teaching styles in operating the iClass e-learning platform.
3.The interface design of the website have to consider the user's mental and habits.
