虛擬實境在教育環境中的使用性評估

摘要


在科技高速發展的21世紀,越來越多科技產品出現在世人的面前,電腦,網路,移動電子設備等科技產品不斷地產生並不斷地更新,同樣隨著科技的發展,教育科技領域也不斷壯大,研究者們也在不斷地實驗與研究,試圖把更多的科技產品融入到教育之中。近年來虛擬實境的發展也成為教育科學領域的發展方向之一,也有越來越多的虛擬實境融入教學的實例。因此本研究想針對虛擬實境融入真實的教育環境進行探討,根據【實驗室】虛擬實境軟體在教育環境下的實際應用,評估其使用性狀況如何,在真實的情境中遇到了哪些使用性問題,並針對面對的使用性問題提出修改意見和建議。本研究研究對象以北部某大學大學部及研究生為主,以立意抽樣的方式,邀請8位元大學生並採用­­­ Valve開發的虛擬實境遊戲【實驗室】軟體進行實驗。研究工具為HTC VIVE,使用者使用性任務清單,訪談大綱,Morae 影像測錄軟體,ITC SOPI 問卷。透過以上資料收集手段,探討虛擬實境在教育環境中的使用性問題。問卷分析結果顯示【實驗室】虛擬實境軟體讓使用者有強烈的空間存在感,使用者參與程度高,課程真實程度高,但也伴隨些許負面的身體影響。本研究結果欲提供未來使用虛擬實境結合教育內容之使用性評估之參考。

In the 21st century with the rapid development of science and technology, more and more technology products are appearing in front of the world. Computers, networks, mobile electronic devices and other technology products are continuously produced and constantly updated. Along with the development of science and technology, the field of educational technology is also growing continuously, researchers are constantly experimenting and researching, trying to integrate more technological products into education. In recent years, the development of virtual reality has also become one of the development directions in the field of education science. There are also more and more examples of virtual reality being integrated into teaching. Therefore, this study intends to explore the integration of virtual reality into the real education environment. According to the actual application of the virtual reality software in the educational environment, how to assess its usability and what use it has encountered in real situations? Problems and suggestions for modification in the face of usability problems. The research object of this study is the university department and graduate student of a university in the northern part of the country. In an intentional sampling manner, it invites 8 university students and uses Valve's virtual reality game [The Lab] software to conduct experiments. The research tools are HTC VIVE, user task list, interview outline, Morae video software, and ITC SOPI questionnaire. Through the above data collection methods, the use of virtual reality in the education environment is discussed. Questionnaire analysis results show that [The Lab] virtual reality software allows users to have a strong sense of spatial presence, high level of user involvement, and a high degree of authenticity of the course, but also with some negative physical effects. The results of this study are intended to provide a reference for the future use of virtual reality in conjunction with the evaluation of the use of educational content.
