環保品牌對化學工業企業利潤的影響:以T公司為例

摘要


本文針對化學工業產業的現況及發展趨勢,來探討熱熔膠公司在因應產業環境變化下,如何利用環保品牌,來提升T公司的利潤,建立其優勢達成區域發展之策略,本文以T公司為個案研究之對象,以Lin and Pao (2004) 提出的理論架構分析來探討T公司競爭策略形成之要素,以7S模型分析個案T公司內部環境的優勢與劣勢,再以五力模型來分析其產業環境的機會與威脅,再藉由PESTEL模型評估總體環境的影響,最後透過其內部、產業及總體環境之分析,來探討個案公司經營熱熔膠業務之優勢策略要素,據以形成個案公司的最佳策略,進而達成企業使命,並期望能提供具參考價值之知識給予相關熱熔膠業者參考,經由本文之探討,歸納如下: 一、T公司以提供環保品牌之高服務品質為其經營策略,將服務品質落實於其企業平日之作業流程裡,以求創新服務並以滿足客戶需求為達成之方向,本文以T公司為個案分析之對象,透過對內、外部及總體環境作分析,探討是否其採取環保品牌之推動,可達成其企業使命。 二、綜合內部環境,產業環境與總體環境的評估,策略形成後,認為目標之達成有賴於執行人員準確的執行,而在執行上的重點,則是達成產品差異化,以增加經營效益,達成T公司「成為全球最佳服務品質熱熔膠公司」之目標。

This study concentrates on the current market position and development trend for the chemical industry, explore the hot melt adhesive company in the industry, changes in the environment, how to use environmental brand to increase the company's profits and establish the advantages of the regional development strategy, In this paper, Company T as a case study to Lin & Pao (2004) theoretical framework for analysis of Company T of competitive strategy to form elements, uses the 7S model to analysis the case for the advantages and disadvantages of the company internal environment, uses five competitive forces to analysis the opportunity and threat of its industry environment, and then uses the PESTEL model evaluate the influence of the overall environment. Finally, it explores the superior strategy elements of a case company manages the hot melt adhesives by the internal ,industrial and the macro environmental analysis in order to form the best strategy of a case company and then achieves the enterprise mission, and thus how to achieve its corporate mission and expects to be referable for the others in hot melt adhesive industry. To summarize the findings as below. 1.Company T provides high service quality of the environmental brand as the strategy, and practices in daily operation process. Moreover, Company T devotes into innovation in order to satisfy the customers, This essay us Company T as an individual case through internal, industrial and macro environmental analysis to find out whether the company should promote of environmental brand in order to achieve the goal.. 2.After internal environmental assessment, industrial environmental assessment and macro environmental assessment, to think that goals to be create products variations to accurate executing thus to accomplish the mission statement of target company to be best quality of service hot melt adhesive company.
