台灣「類西洋歷史式樣」集合住宅之探討

摘要

在台灣，近幾十年來坊間集合住宅外觀模仿、重組、簡化西方歷史上具代表性的語彙，再現歐洲風格，本論文將此住宅式樣稱做「類西洋歷史式樣」。透過探討「類西洋歷史式樣」，提出該形式在台灣的環境背景與市場下，被使用的原因。對於居住價值觀的改變如何影響該式樣逐漸被使用在集合住宅，做脈絡性的研究。
本研究實際考察區域案例，體會案例製造的西式情境，並思索大眾透過這種情境，人民對於生活型態的改變。收集近二十年「類西洋歷史式樣」集合住宅的廣告，從中了解甚麼是住宅買賣雙方間對生活品質的共識，及探索「類西洋歷史式樣」成為市場潮流的原因。本研究從幾個方面去探討：(一) 台灣的社會脈動影響人民對住居環境的要求 (二) 歷史式樣深入台灣人的建築美學經驗 (三) 隨著全球化經濟主導文化，住宅作為商品，其價值被消費市場領導。上述之間互有因果關係，式樣形成的原因，是相互牽引的脈絡。
「類西洋歷史式樣」反映西式生活的再詮釋，以及台灣住宅受到全球主流文化的影響。此式樣再現之後，逐漸成為台灣所屬的式樣。

The housing style is made the representation to western architectural styles by imitating, reorganizing, and simplifying the historic standard architectural language. It is called "Quasi-Western Classical Housing Style" in the study. This paper explores "Quasi-Western Classical Housing Style" to figure out why the style is applied in the marketing and the background in Taiwan. We shows the contextualized study of how the change of the social value affects the style used in housing. This work shows the simulated western-style atmosphere in the projects and the change of lifestyle of Taiwanese through field research. To figure out the consensus on quality of life for both vendor and purchaser and explain why “Quasi-Western Classical Housing Style” is one of the major marking strategies for real estate, we collect and analyze advertisements about “Quasi-Western Classical Housing Style” over the last 20 years.
This research focuses on the following aspects:
1. The social context in Taiwan influenced the requirement of citizens’ living environment.
2. The historical architectural style has been deeply rooted in the aesthetics of architecture of Taiwanese.
3. Economic globalization dominates the culture causes the value of architecture which is manipulated by marking of real estate.
The causal relation exists among the above aspects, which organize the variety of completed social context. This housing style in Taiwan redefines the western life and is affected by the culture of the western countries. “Quasi-Western Classical Style” gradually turns into one of the housing styles in Taiwan after the redefinition.
