面對變動的產業環境,目前我國科技產業的結構型態歷經了多次的挑戰與革新,由勞力密集的「原廠委託代工」(OEM),調整到以技術、知識密集的「原廠委託設計」(ODM)。然而面對產業的激烈競爭之下,如何擬定合適的策略與行動轉換劣勢成為優勢、扭轉威脅成為機會,進而達到強化整體產業、永續經營之目標。 本研究探討面對現今產業環境之下科技業策略分析之研究,以SWOT分析法之T.E.M.P.L.E.S. (科技、經濟、市場、政治、法律、環境、社會),將產業競爭優勢歸納為外在環境與企業內部兩部分,透過相互作用矩陣分析來了解外在環境與企業內部之間關係進而擬定策略,運用歐式距離法衡量各策略的重要程度,並擬定優先策略之實施順序。
Facing the variation of industrial environment, the current structure of the technology has experienced many challenges and need the innovation. The evolution of companies is from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of labor intensive to the Original Design Manufactures (ODM) of technology and knowledge intensive. However, how to develop appropriate strategies and actions to convert weaknesses into strengths and reverse the threat into opportunity under the competitive industry is crucial. To enhance the sustainable operation of the whole industry. This research discusses strategy analysis in technology enterprise under industrial environment nowadays. With SWOT analysis and T.E.M.P.L.E.S. (technology, economy, market, politics, law, environment, society) competitive advantage of the industry for the outside environment and the inner enterprise can be reached. Through interactive matrix comment on relation after using the proper strategy and the use of European distance, the importance of can be measured.Then, the sequence of strategy priority can be implemented.
