自行架橋型之硫化聚氨酯的合成應用與性質探討

摘要


本實驗是以合成自行架橋型之硫化聚氨酯(Polythiourethane)為主要目的。以雙官能基之環氧樹脂(DGEBA)和三官能基之環氧樹脂(TMPTGE)為主體,利用末端的環氧基(Epoxy)和二硫化碳(Carbon disulfide)進行開環反應,使末端形成含硫之五雜環結構(Thiocarbonate),再以雙官能基胺類(Jeffamine D-2000、PDMS-diamine)進行鏈延長,使側邊懸掛硫醇基(-SH),利用硫醇基的氧化作用而成硫-硫鍵(S-S bonds)自行架橋系統,形成具硫化聚氨酯官能基的薄膜,而達到對聚氨樹脂的改質。 單體合成及架橋劑部份以核磁共振光譜儀和紅外線光譜儀鑑定其切確的化學結構。乾燥製備而成的硫化聚氨酯薄膜,再分別探討其物理及熱性質,如:膠含量、吸水率、對水損失率、乙醇吸收率、對乙醇損失率、硬度、接觸角,熱性質分析以熱重分析儀及動態機械分析儀加以探討。

In this research, a cross self-curing system of polythiourethane was the main target. The five-membered dithiocarbonate and tri-functional five-membered dithiocarbonate were obtained from the epoxy-rings(DGEBA and TMPTGE)which reated with carbon disulfide(CS2). Furthermore, the five-membered dithiocarbonate and tri-functional five-membered dithiocarbonate reacted with various diamines ( Jeffamine D-2000, PDMS-diamine)to give the products, poly(thiol-thiourethanes), and the S-S bonds produced by the auto-oxidation of pendant thiol group. The chemical structure of dithiocarbonate and tri-functional dithiocarbonate were identified by FT-IR and FT-NMR. The physical properties, thermal properties were evaluated in this report.
