本研究嘗試解釋創新、創新管理機制及企業競爭力三者之關聯,選定全球第三大防毒軟體廠商趨勢科技做為個案公司,採用內容分析法,以個案研究法進行深度訪談,並佐以相關次級資料之蒐集。 本研究發現如下: 一、趨勢科技依其自身技術優勢,專注於防毒軟體領域,形成其創新策略。 二、趨勢科技組織架構以快速回應市場及產業環境為特性,不斷進行組織改革。並且落實企業文化,形塑一個被尊重、具安全感的工作環境,並藉由制度化的激勵方式,激發員工創造力。 三、透過創新管理機制建置,有效地提升企業競爭力。 四、創新可形成策略,個案公司針對不同的策略、產業環境,調整其組織模式,並結合創新管理機制的推動,得以徹底執行企業的策略,進而提升競爭力。
This research tries to explore the relationships among innovation, innovation management mechanism and competitiveness. Choosing Trend Micro Inc. which is Top 3 anti-virus vendor, and using content analysis technique, case study with depth-interview and other related information is used in the research, The major findings in this research are as follows: 1. Trend Micro uses their own ability to focus on Antivirus security market field, and perform their innovation strategy. 2. Trend Micro’s organization is build upon market requirement and speedy response, continue to go change. Otherwise, they create 4C+1T culture to make the working environment “Respect” and “Safety”. And using systematic innovation method to encourage employee’s creativity. 3. By setting innovation management mechanism, it can be improved company’s competiveness. 4. Innovation can performed as innovation strategy, Trend Micro change organization to fit difference strategy, market, and plus proper innovation management mechanism’s set up to executive their strategy to improve company competitiveness.
