本研究主要由醫療體系使用iPad的個案經驗,模擬醫院方醫療管理作業模式,探討應用iPad配合影像儲傳系統和電子病歷於醫療管理之改進。 研究結果發現,在整個醫療系統是醫護人員和病患最直接且頻繁的接觸,因此iPad被引進化醫療管理上繁雜的工作,提供快速且方便的醫療體系服務,醫院診斷病患的效率亦可大幅提高。
In this study the experiences of utilizing iPad in Health Care System is taken as empirical case study, to examine the operational model of improving medical management. The purpose of the study is to improve the medical service by utilizing iPad with Picture Archiving and Communication System system (PACS) and patients EHR. The study shows, the contacts between medical staff and patients are very often and most directly, hence the utilization of iPad may simplify the complicated work and to provide speedy and convenient medical service. The efficiency of diagnosis treatment is also improved.
