期刊引文管理系統之建置：以《教育資料與圖書館學》為例

摘要

本研究旨在建置「教育資料與圖書館學」之期刊引文管理系統，研究內容從系統規劃、建置到修改，以及建立期刊引文建檔之工作流程。以行動研究法作為研究框架，過程中使用訪談法確認系統開發方向，透過與使用者互動獲得回饋，並以系統實作法實際開發和修改系統，完成系統建置，最後透過焦點團體法規劃引文建檔流程。
本研究結論如下：
一、對於期刊管理者而言，期刊管理系統可輔助出版文章之引文管理以及統計。
二、系統開發需要顧及使用者使用情況，故要針對使用者的需求開發系統。由於系統開發時經常遭遇問題，因此本研究之行動研究法在將針對遇到的問題予以提出改善方法。
三、期刊引文管理系統之引文建置流程需與期刊出版流程結合，成為期刊出版工作一部份。
而本研究之系統仍功能尚未完善之部分，對於此部分，建議未來的研究如下：
一、建立作者與期刊名稱的權威檔。
二、針對檔案處理功能進行研究。
三、設計通用引文格式剖析器。

This study aims to build the journal citation management system of Journal of Education Media & Library Science. The content of study include system planning, building, function of updating, and workflow of citation filing. This study’s framework bases on Action Research, It used interview survey to identify system requirements, and got some feedback from users in research process. Finally, This study actually finish the journal citation management system.
The findings of this study as follows:
1.The citation index does not fully meet the requirement of managers
2.To build the journal citation management system, there were many problems in process. This study will present solution for problems encountered.
3.The workflow of citation filing needs to be combat with workflow of journal publishing.
Due to many parts of this system still not perfection, there are some suggestions proposes in this study include:
1.Developing authority files of author name and journal name.
2.More research about function of file processing.
3.Designing general parser of citation format.
4.Designing function of search data from citation index API.
