新北市國民中學兼任行政工作教師工作滿意度及續任意願之研究—以兼任學務處組長職務者為例

摘要


本研究以問卷調查法為主,文獻探討為輔,探討新北市國民中學兼任行政工作教師工作滿意度及續任意願之現況。本研究主要目的有: 一、探討新北市國民中學兼任學務處各組組長教師之工作滿意度。 二、瞭解新北市國民中學兼任學務處各組組長教師之續任意願。 三、分析新北市國民中學兼任學務處各組組長教師工作滿意度與續任意願 間之關係。 四、剖析不同背景新北市國民中學兼任學務處各組組長教師工作滿意度及 續任意願之差異。 五、根據研究結果,提出可供教育主管機關與學校行政主管未來參考之建 議。 本研究之問卷調查,是以自編之問卷,針對新北市所有國中兼任學務處組長之教師進行全體調查,共發出問卷234份,回收有效問卷220份,有效回收率為94%。 本研究主要結論可歸納如下: 一、新北市國中兼任學務處組長之教師整體工作滿意度達中高程度,以 「人際關係」構面最高,「薪資福利」構面最低。 二、新北市國中兼任學務處組長之教師有四成願續留學務處目前行政職 務,有三成表示不想再擔任學校行政工作。 三、新北市國中兼任學務處組長教師之工作滿意度與續任意願具中低度正 相關。 四、新北市國中兼任學務處組長教師的工作滿意度會因教師之「性別」、 「任教學校規模」、「兼任行政職務」、「曾否參加候用主任甄選」等 而有差異。 五、新北市國中兼任學務處組長教師的續任意願會因教師之「性別」、 「年齡」、「最高學歷」、「國中累計任教年資(含代理教師年資) 」 等而有差異。

This study, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, aims to explore the job satisfaction of teachers with administrative work in the office of student affairs and their willingness of retaining in the same posts in junior high schools in New Taipei City The main purposes of this study are: 1.To explore the job satisfaction of teachers with administrative work in the office of student affairs in junior high schools in New Taipei City. 2.To understand teachers’ willingness to retain their administrative posts in junior high schools in New Taipei City. 3.To analyze the correlation between teachers’ job satisfaction and their willingness to retain their current administrative posts in junior high schools in New Taipei City. 4.To analyze the differences in the job satisfaction of teachers with different backgrounds and their willingness of retaining the same administrative posts in junior high schools in New Taipei City. 5.To propose suggestions, based on the findings of this study, useful for the future reform of related policies. All of the teachers with administrative work in the office of student affairs in junior schools in New Taipei City were the samples of the survey. In total, 234 questionnaires were sent, and 220 valid questionnaires were received and analyzed, with an valid response rate of 94%. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: 1.The job satisfaction of teachers with administrative work in the office of student affairs in junior high schools in New Taipei City was at considerably high level, and of the 8 dimensions of questions surveyed, the dimension of “interpersonal relationships” was the most satisfied one, while that of “salary and benefits” the least. 2.40% of teachers with administrative work in the office of student affairs in junior high schools in New Taipei City were willing to retaining their administrative posts, but 30% of teachers had no intention to continue their administrative work. 3.There were positive correlation between teachers’ job satisfaction and their willingness to retain their administrative posts in the office of student affairs in junior high schools in New Taipei City. 4.The job satisfaction of teachers differed significantly in terms of their gender, school size, administrative positions, their participation in taking the recruitment pre-examination for the qualifications of official chief administrators. 5.Teachers’ willingness to retain their administrative posts differed significantly in terms of their gender, age, educational qualifications, and their accumulated years of teaching.
