日本企業之人力資源策略分析~以松下與豐田為例~

摘要


2008年全球經濟不景氣的影響下,使得日本企業面臨負債以及營運狀況不佳等問題。各企業除了採取裁員、降低產量等措施,更需要注意人才訓練與人力資源的變化。將焦點放在人力資源策略上,最終才能讓企業懂得運用人才來提升效率,並且與企業目標結合。本論文中製造業的松下以及豐田企業都相當地重視人力資產,因此就整體而言,人員訓練、工作人員人數變化、人力運用、以及組織應用上都具有相當的重要性。 本論文以人力資源策略方面為重點進行分析,而本論文結論的重點,就在於企業能否創造出持久且長遠的競爭力,企業與員工必須皆須有以下兩方面認知: (1)員工方面需理解企業的策略與目標,同時並提升自我能力,努力工作來換取個人良好績效。 (2)企業方面則必須懂得利用人力資源策略來控管人力, 運用人力資源策略增加企業的收益,保有企業源源不斷的競爭優勢。

In 2008, Japanese Enterprises got trouble of getting into debt and terrible operation condition with global economic effect. Besides taking measures to lay off employees and to decrease output, they must to take notice of staff training and the change of human resources. It’s the point that Japanese enterprises need to make use of staff’s talent for getting better efficiency and finally combine with enterprises’ ideas. The research of Panasonic and Toyota both keep an eye on human resources, so the most important things are staff training, changes of employees, making use of human resources, organization operation. In order to analyze this thesis, so focusing on human resources strategy. So, there are two ways need to know that how the enterprises to grow much more competitive by themselves. 1.The employees must understand fully the strategy and aims of the company. At the same time, employees have to improve their own abilities and work hard in order to gain more work experiences which help them perform better. 2.The enterprises must understand that how to use human resources strategy to control the cost and increase enterprise's income by using the human resources strategy. Finally, holding the enterprise competitive advantage continuously.
