國小藝術與人文教學資源網站之建置-以臺北縣雙和區為例

摘要


本研究的主要目的在運用教學設計模式,分析台北縣雙和區教師在藝文教學上的需求,以符合自由軟體精神的XOOPS系統為雛型,規畫適切的功能服務,發展地區性藝術與人文教學資源網站並評估網站教學服務功能,以下為本研究之結果與建議: 一、雙和區藝文教學主要面臨的問題為藝文專任師資在少子化現象和英語領域的排擠下嚴重不足並正在逐年減少中。應鼓勵現職教師多參與研習並利用學校組織再造方案所釋放出來的人力資源,聘任社區學有專長的藝文老師協助教學。 二、藝術結合互動式的網路技術對藝術交流、藝術欣賞與創作和藝術資源整合有助益。 三、以學生生活經驗為中心,致力於社區藝文教學資訊、財力資源運用和藝術人力資源的開發與整合,符合雙和區藝文教師的需求。 四、無版權的開放式內容管理系統其功能符合教學所需,可推廣和運用於校園教學網站,也適用於各學科領域的教學網站建置。

The main purpose of this study was to use Instructional design model to analyze the Arts and Humanities teachers’ needs in the elementary schools of Shuang Ho District, Taipei County. Using the XOOPS system which matches the purpose of free software to design the websites’ proper function services and develop the localized Arts and Humanities instructional resource websites. Finally, we evaluated the websites’ function and effects. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First of all, Arts and Humanities teachers in the elementary schools of Shuang Ho District face the problems of low birthrate and increasing population of English teachers. The Arts and Humanities teachers are insufficient seriously and reduce year by year. We should encourage teachers to research and study further, and utilize Human Resource of Restructuring School plan to employ professional Arts and Humanities teachers from the local community. Second, applying web-based technology to Art education should benefit art interchange, art appreciation, art creation and integration of the art resources. Third, based on the students’ living experience, the study is devoted to the development and integration of the instructional information of Arts and Humanities, the application of the financial resource and the Human Resource of art and accord with the demand of Arts and Humanities teachers in the elementary schools of Shuang Ho District. Finally, XOOPS system does not concern copyright issues and accord with the instructional needs for Arts and Humanities teachers of elementary schools. Therefore it can not only apply to built the websites of elementary school , but also of every subject field.
