摘要


第一部分: 螢光生物標定是探討藥物在生物體內作用機制的方式之一。我們成功合成具有生物螢光標定的抗癌藥oxaliplatin及阿斯匹靈,並往後希望能夠找出其藥物有新的作用機制或治療效果。 第二部分: Sofosbuvir是已經上市的專利藥,我們嘗試改善製程或是找出新晶型來避規專利,並合法製作並販賣。

First part: Fluorescent bioprobe is one of the form to trace that the drug react in the body. We successfully synthesize the drug bearing with fluorescent bioprobe, for example, oxaliplatin, aspirin. In the further, we hope to find the new biochemical reaction or the new treatment for disease in the body. Second part: Sofusbuvir is the drug on the market, which is applying patent copyright. In order to avoid the patent copyright,we try to improve the process and find the new crystalline form. If the project is successful , we have the legal to manufacture and sell.
