In the first project, we have developed an efficient synthesis of tris- boron-containing dipeptide derivatives using the Ugi-4CR . These compounds could be purified via acid/base extraction protocol, which provided an easy access to the boron compound libraries . In the second project, I have optimized the condition for the synthesis of boron-containing isocyanides Unlike the existing strategies, the described synthetic strategy offers the desire compounds with the reduced reaction time along with the simple purification protocol. . These boron-containing isocyanides were further utilized in Ugi-4CR to yield tetra-boron-containing dipeptide derivatives , in which could be used in boron neutron capture therapy .
