臺北市國小低年級學生參與學校課後照顧班實施現況與家長滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市國民小學低年級學生參與學校課後照顧班實施現況與家長滿意度之情形,採用問卷調查法為主要研究方法;輔以半結構式訪談行政教師以了解課後照顧實施現況。並以自編之「臺北市國民小學低年級學生參與學校課後照顧班實施現況與家長滿意度之調查問卷」為研究工具,研究對象為臺北市公立12所國小低年級課後照顧班的學生家長685位。所得資料採用SPSS統計套裝軟體進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法分析。根據研究結果,歸納出以下結論: 一、臺北市學生參加課後照顧班需求及所需補助經費日益提高。 二、臺北市國小低年級學生參與學校課後照顧家長的滿意度之現況為中高程度。其中家長滿意度最高為環境設施,教學與輔導為最低。 三、臺北市國小低年級推動學校課後照顧班,在實務上,有部分缺失存在。 四、臺北市國小低年級學生參與學校課後照顧家長的滿意度會因「身份」、「學校規模」、「辦理方式」而有顯著差異。 (一)、在「身份別」方面,其他親屬滿意度高於母親。 (二)、在「學校規模」方面,12~48班的學校家長滿意度高於49班以上學校。 (三)、在「辦理方式」方面,學校採委辦方式家長滿意度高於自辦方式。 最後根據研究結果與結論,提出具體建議,以供教育主管機關及學校行政主管與未來研究之參考,期望對課後照顧未來發展有所助益。

Abstract: This study is aimed to investigate “A study on the implementation and parent satisfaction of after-school care classes for first and second grade students at elementary schools in Taipei”. The method to carry out this study was using questionnaire to investigate parents satisfaction with the after-school care program; and supplementary “semi-structured interviews” with the school administrative teachers to get the whole picture of current after-school care program. The questionnaire “A study on the implementation and parent satisfaction of after-school care classes for first and second grade students at elementary schools in Taipei” was designed and used as the survey material. The 685 participate in this study were the parents of those 12 elementary school students who attended the after-school care classes. Information obtained using the SPSS statistical package of descriptive statistics, t-test, one –way ANOVA analysis of statistical analysis. According to the results, it draws to the following conclusion : 1. The demand for the after-school care programs in Taipei elementary schools and the budget are increasing. 2. The parents of those children who attended the after-school care classes were highly satisfied with the environment and facilities which the program offered. They were least satisfied with the teaching and counseling. 3. Taipei City elementary school to promote school after-school care classes, in practice, there are still existence of some missing. 4. Taipei elementary school students participate in after-school care for parents of satisfaction was influenced by their “status”, “school scale”and “holding pattern”. (1)In the aspect of ”The identity of respect”: other relatives satisfaction higher than mothers. (2) In the aspect of”school scale”:12-48 classes of school parent satisfaction higher than the school for more than 49 classes. (3) In the aspect of “holding pattern”: which “commission an external institution to provide after-school child care” received a higher level of parent satisfaction than schools which “provide after-school child care on their own”. Finally, based on the above results, suggestions were proposed for education authority concerned and school administrators and future researchers , in hope of making some contribution to the future development of after-school child care .
