台灣棒球維基館網站之計量分析

摘要

論文提要內容：
本研究主要探討「台灣棒球維基館」網站三年多來之發展狀況，目的在於瞭解網站內容頁面之特性，以及藉由理論驗證取得較客觀之網站核心頁面，並利用不同評估方式評鑑網站頁面以供作未來參考準則。台灣棒球發展已超過百年的歷史，而「台灣棒球維基館」乃基於保存台灣棒球文化資產的理念而創建，網站創站至今已滿三年，累積許多豐富的內容，值得從中挖採與利用。因此，本研究利用書目計量學之相關定律來驗證網站之內容頁面指標與網站指標，並利用不同評估標準界定網站之核心頁面。本研究經由擷取後端之紀錄檔進行分析，並以「台灣棒球維基館」為研究對象，針對網站三年多來的相關資料，進行內容頁面指標分佈現象與網站指標成長現象分析，以瞭解網站之發展歷程。

本研究之結論如下：
一、 內容頁面類型以人物頁面居多，賽事次之。
二、 網站內容頁面指標分佈呈現少量指標滿足大部分需求之現象。
三、 頁面指標部份符合布萊德福定律。
四、 可藉由書目計量學之方法以及研究者提出之五指標作為網站評估指標。
五、 網站指標正處於穩定成長時期。

根據研究結果，本研究提出以下三點建議：
一、 採用五個指標之評估方式或以網路計量學之方法作為網站核心頁面之評估參考依據。
二、 推展內容高豐富性但低瀏覽量頁面。
三、 由系統自動推薦熱門頁面給使用者。

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of TaiwanBaseBallWiki, established in 2005. The propose for understanding the characteristics of web pages, obtains more objective website core pages by the theory, and use different assessment methods to evlauate the website. The history of baseball in Taiwan is more than hundred years old, the development of "TaiwanBaseballWiki" is based on preservation of Taiwan's baseball cultural assets. This website has accumulated a variety of rich content in past three years, and it is worth mining and using it. Therefore, the research use Bibliometrics laws to verify indicators of pages and web indicators, and use different assessment indicators to define the core pages of website. The research analysis TaiwanBaseBallWiki website logs by capturing back-end data, the distribution of page indicators and the growth of web indicators, for understanding website development.

The conclusions are as following:
1. The majority of the category of pages is people,the sports event is next.
2. The distribution of page indactors shows a small number of indicators to satisfy the most of demands.
3. The indactors of page conforms Bradford`s law.
4. According Bibliometrics methods and five indacotors to evaluation website.
5. The site is in a stable growth period.

This study proposes some suggestions：
1. Using five indicators t or Webometric method to evaluting website core page.
2. To promote low viewing but rich content pages.
3. System automatically recommend popular pages to the users.
