東海艦隊在東海紛爭扮演的角色及功能

透過整理中共東海艦隊相關資料，藉以分析出東海艦隊之能力，透過其能力分析出中共對東海艦隊運用以及其戰略指導，同時對亞太地區各國的影響，嘗試探測其未來發展趨勢，以及對台灣未來政策建議。本文共分為5章節，茲將各章重點摘記如後。本文第一章為緒論的部分，講述此論文研究動機以及目的、文獻回顧、研究方法以及研究途徑、研究範圍與研究限制、研究架構與章節安排和名詞界定第二章為東海艦隊的功能，主要分為三小節。第一小節主要討論其編製現狀以及其能力，第二小節組要討論東海艦隊及其運用，第三小節為小結。第三章為中共對釣魚台的認知與戰略指導，主要分為三小節。第一節主要探討東海戰略利益認知及其利益優先選擇權，第二節主要討論其海洋戰略指導，第三節為小結。第四章為影響與未來發展，主要分為三小節。第一節為東海艦隊對亞太安全影響為何，討論美國、日本以及台灣，第二小節為東海艦隊未來發展為何，第三節為小結。第五章為結論，第一節為研究總結，第二節為研究建議。
