摘要

近年來先進國家在混合使用上著重於建築層面的思考，以追求更適合都市發展的準則；而台灣的混合使用方式，從原本土地與建築的單向關係轉為雙向發展，兩者之間相互作用成為台灣獨特的都市發展經驗，並透過時間演變、融合，最後成為巨大連續結構體城市。本研究目的為透過探討都市的土地混合使用、複合式建築、都市的整體結構與其相關性質，得以理解台北都市的整體發展情況。

其主要研究內容為：

1.收集國內、外相關文獻，建立基本理論基礎，以提供土地與建築的混合使用研究資料之建立。
2.研究台灣各時期政治、經濟、建築技術及法令等因素，因而影響台北混合使用的發展與呈現。
3.調查及歸納本研究三樣區不同特性，從中分析出樣區間混合使用與都市間的關係，以及東區連續體及結構體形成的原因，最後做出台灣都市發展的混合經驗觀點。

而這種複雜的演變過程中，生活型態易於受到影響而改變。此種結構體與連續體之間互助合作的生活，涵蓋上述的條件做為整體性觀念基礎，在當代城市中可成為一套有別於傳統的全新社會秩序。

Recently, the European and American countries are primary focusing on usage of the hybrid building in accordant with pursing more properly urban development goals.However, the mixed-use has become the unique experience of city development in Taiwan. Because the land-used which
original transforming from land-mixed to the combination of lands and buildings which result in mixed-use. Finally, it has gradually developed a mega structure city via changing with the time.This research is aim to understanding the comprehensive developing of Taipei city by city’s lands mixed-use and hybrid buildings.

Mainly research content：

1. To construct the theory of the land mixed-use and hybrid building, collecting domestic and foreign references.
2. Study the different factors such as politics, economics, architecture technique and laws which affects the land mixed-use and display in Taipei.
3. There are three different characteristics in this research. Firstly, the land mixed-use relationship between Ding-Hao Plaza, Breeze Center and Zhongxiao Fuxing Area. Secondly, study the results of linkage and mega structure. Lastly, to form a whole new urban spatial icon.

The evolution of this complex, living pattern change readily to the effects. Such life contructed in this mutual assistance of structures and continuums.Containing these requirement as the foundational concepts, it can be a new social order in the contemporary city which is different from traditional.
