台灣冷鏈物流之產業發展趨勢之研究-以F公司為例

摘要

根據知名顧問公司DeerfieldBeach, FL, (GLOBE NEWSWIRE)—Zion Research在2016年1月22日發表的冷鏈市場研究報告，全球冷鏈相關行業預計在2020年會達到2,719億美元的規模，且市場將以每年13.9％的複合增長率不斷增長。由此可知冷鏈物流在現代對於產品品質、安全都相當的要求的生活背景下，成為了即將蓬勃發展的產業之一。
　　本研究係以國內在冷鏈物流產業具備一定地位的低溫物流中心-逢泰企業股份有限公司作為研究對象，除了對逢泰公司的營業模式進行探討外，亦採用SWOT分析法來檢視逢泰公司的優劣勢以及機會與威脅，藉此對逢泰公司的發展做出建議，並對冷鏈產業提出兩大未來發展趨勢－設備的提升與軟實力的培養，期許在實務以及學術上能對冷鏈產業有所貢獻。

According to the cold chain market report published by Deerfield-Beach, FL, (GLOBE NEWSWIRE)—Zion Research on Jan 22, 2016, global cold chain market is expected to reach USD 271.9 billion in 2020, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 13.9%. Thus, requiring of product quality and safety oriented life style, we can see the cold chain will become one of the thriving industries.
This study takes FLOW TIDE ENTERPRISES CO., LTD., which plays an important role in the cold chain industry in Taiwan, as the research object. We focus not only on the business model of FLOW TIDE ENTERPRIESES CO., LTD., but also explore its’ strength, weakness, opportunity and threaten using SWOT analysis. This study offers suggestions of the future development for the company, also concludes that the two major trends of the cold chain industry are to upgrade equipment and to cultivate soft power. We expect to offer some practical and theoretical contributions to the cold chain industry.
