微軟Kinect for Windows傳感器在居家照護及復健上之應用

摘要


根據聯合國的定義,當一個社會之65歲人口比例超越20%時,即可稱為是超高齡社會,我國在2026年即將進入超高齡社會,可見未來在居家照護及復健是非常值得重視的議題。本研究透過深度訪談及次及資料的分析去進行個案研究,以了解目前我國在居家照護及復健上之需求及問題,系統商可以開發出更新產品來符合患者的需求。 微軟所推出之Kinect for Windows Sensor,提供價格便宜Sensor及免費的資料庫供研發者自行設計產品同時可節省產品開發時間。本研究除了探討Kinect for Windows Sensor運用於居家照護及復健,同時也針對醫療復健產業探討、居家照護產業探討及雲端醫療系統結合醫療院所應用於居家照護及復健探討三大主題做深度訪談,經研究發現受訪者皆認為此產品非常適合應用於居家照護及復健。以下是三點重要的發現: 1.運用微軟之Kinect for Windows Sensor產品,患者可自行在家或 醫院做復健。 2.在居家照護上,該系統可以偵測人體是否跌倒、呼吸情況、心跳速 率、生命跡象等自動做判斷,如情況危急時此系統將主動通知合作之 教學醫院及家屬作緊急處理及醫療救助。 3.教學醫院運用此系統,減少了醫生及護理人員時間及人力上之負擔, 同時也可讓病患返家後感受到家庭之溫暖。

According to the United Nations definition, a country can be called a super-aged society when the proportion of the population 65 years of age is beyond 20%. Taiwan will enter the super-aging society in 2026, so the issues of home care and rehabilitation may be worthy to concern. In this study, through in-depth interviews and secondary data analysis, this study tries to find the possible needs and problems of home care and rehabilitation in Taiwan, and then the related companies can develop and provide the medical products for the patients. Microsoft launched the Kinect for Windows Sensor, and provide cheaper sensor and free database for supply developers to design new products which can save the time of new product development. In this study, in addition to explore Kinect for Windows Sensor used home care and rehabilitation, as well as to explore for medical rehabilitation industry, home care industry to explore and cloud medical systems and medical institutions apply to home care and rehabilitation, to study these three themes do depth interviews, the study found this product is very suitable for home care and rehabilitation. The following are three important findings: 1.Use Microsoft's Kinect for Windows Sensor products, the rehabilitation can be done easily by patients at home or hospital. 2.On home care, the system can detect whether the body falls, breathing, heart rate and etc, when the situation is critical, this system will take the initiative to inform the cooperation teaching hospital and their families for emergency treatment and medical assistance. 3.The Teaching Hospital can use the system to reduce the time and manpower of doctors and nurses, and the system can also allow the patients to feel the warmth of the family when patients back to home.
