BiCaSrCuO非晶相製程之研究

摘要


本論文主要是設計新的製程方法,把原本平放的高溫爐直立,並加裝封頭,使焠冷的時間得以藉由人為控制而改變,並且可以在樣品燒結時通入不同的氣體,有助於對樣品的分析。 而研究系統是以Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O為主,用新的製程方法,改變焠冷的速率並通入不同含氧量的氣體,研究其焠冷的速率與含氧量對應Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O系統非晶態的生成與其超導電性之關係。

The thesis is mainly based on a newly designed process which helps us analyze the sample. We upright the high temperature furnace, and seal it with a copper cap. The quench rate is manipulated artificially. Also, we fill the furnace with different gases while the sample is sintered. Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O system has the amorphous state and the superconducting phase. The research uses a new process based on Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O system to find out the relation between the amorphous state and superconducting phase by shortening the quench rate and filling the furnace with different Oxygen content gases.
