太陽能產品多功能應用之研究

摘要


台灣屬於海島型國家,地小人稠,工業生產與經濟活動密集又活絡,能源消耗量龐大,導致98%以上能源需靠進口。而台灣地理位置適合發展光電產業,全年發電日照時間北部平均3.5小時,中部4小時,南部5小時。在台灣太陽能發電卻只佔總發電量1 %,未來發展空間很大。太陽能發電技術突破已大幅降低成本幾十%,商業化價值出現,政府也已立法鼓勵公私部門多多裝設太陽能光電,自用外多於電力亦可回售台電。 而我國能源仰賴進口是一個無解問題,無論如何努力發展新能源或再生能源,均無法100%滿足能源需求。本研究主要以太陽能的應用做討論,目前台灣已經有許多太陽能的使用範例出現,但是使用效益以及成果卻還是不明顯,一般民眾對於太陽能產品普遍不了解導致反應冷淡,所以根據使用效益,環境跟政策方面以及民眾的接受度做討論,如何促進消費者願意使用民生太陽能產品。 另外政策在可再生能源的供應中也會起到重要作用,可以通過獎懲兩套體係來刺激、鼓勵、驅動市場的需求擴大。現階段利用再生能源無經濟誘因的時刻,採用獎勵補助等政策工具,雖然可以加速推廣,但政策工具必須妥善運用才會發揮最大效益。

Taiwan is the island country, the land is small and people crowded, the industry and the economic activity work densely and actively, and the energy’s great consumings, causing the need of the input over 90%. Taiwan’s geographic location is a good enviroment for the Electronics-related industry. The sunshine duration of power generation in North 3.5hours averaged, in Midst 4 hours, and in South 5 hours.In Taiwan, the solar power only occupies 1% of the total cpacity. The growth of its development has a great space to be. The solar energy techniques’ break reduces lots of the cost, tens of percent. The commercial value shows up, and the government encouraged the public or private department to set up the apparatus of the solar energy, and the saving electricty can be sold back. Our energy relying on the input is an unresolved problem. No matter how hard we try to make the new energy or the recycling, they all cannot 100 percent fulfill the needs.The main point of the this research is to discuss about the application of the solar energy. There have been lots of exemples in Taiwan, but the effeciency and the results has not yet been obvious.Therefore, the research discuss the efficiency , the enviroment ,the policy, and how to promote people’s willing to use the products of solar energy. Besides, the policy has fruitful influence on the supply of the recycling energy, through the incentive and punishing system to stimulate, encourage and drive the market needs to expand.On the stage of non-incentive moment, taking this policy can actually promote quickly, but this tool should be used properly to get the best benefits
