In recent years, due to financial liberalization, trend of business solicitation & sales separation, lifestyle changes and a decrease in insurance salesman, the first insurance shop was established in Japan. In the way of the new method of sales for insurance shop in this research, we discuss with insurers who establishes insurance shop, operating condition, operating way and operating strategy in Taiwan with the information that operating by insurers for Japan, such as the background and development of insurance shop for Japan. Through the experiences of establishing insurance shop from Japan, it is expected to increase insurers’ willingness to found insurance shop in Taiwan and can be as a research reference for future research.
