空權對戰爭型態之衝擊與改變

摘要

就在飛行器被人類發明的不久，人類歷史上的首次世界大戰爆發了，依照歷史的發展，人類的戰爭自然而然的便延伸到這廣大天空中。此後，空權武力便成為每一場戰爭中的要角，並從每一場戰爭中獲取經驗。而透過戰場上對空權武力作戰效能的試驗，現代空權思想的理論才得以一步步的加以建構。此外，隨著人類文明的進步，科技的發展牽動了軍事事務的革命。文明發展對戰爭的影響，同樣會作用在空權的發展之上。空權的發展似乎也如同戰爭的變化一般，會隨著人類文明的進化而不斷的持續下去。
本論文便藉由對「空權發展」、「戰爭演進」、「軍事革命」，三個議題的探討，歸納整理出三者間的連帶關係。然後從中彙整出一個脈絡，建立一套相關的理論架構，來說明三者間可以形成一個循環系統。接著再透過對於實際戰例的研究，驗證此一假說的立論是否得以成立。進而論證出空權的出現，是如何衝擊著現代的戰爭，並改變了人類的戰爭型態。最後就目前的趨勢，大膽預判未來空權發展的走向，以及空權武力如何積極面對新世紀的挑戰。
因此，本論文透過歷史研究途徑，選取了人類空權武力出現後，幾次大規模運用空權武力的戰爭，為研究分析的核心。以觀及飛行器誕生後的幾次空權武力運用中，「空權發展」、「戰爭演進」、「軍事革命」三者間是否有著高度的連結性。從而驗證空權理論的發展，將如何改變並影響著戰爭的演進。

When the Great War begins, a machine has just invented by human are soon to involve, and carry the fight to the open sky. Aircraft, it soon become a symbolic of “air superiority”. Battlefield used to be it’s laboratory, it learn from every engagement, and to construct the ideal become a theory. Following the foot step of civilization, technology always reforms whatever so called defense industry. Modernization not just effect war, but also in development of airpower, will keep on revolution along with civilization of human being.
The purpose of the thesis are try to connect these issue: “The Development of Airpower”, “Evolution of Warfare” and “Revolution in Military Affairs”, find out the relations of each others. From the result will sort out and make a sequence, try to explain how they will form a hypothesis. This argument has been test by several cases which will proof that airpower has transform the modern warfare and change it’s patterns.
Finally, according the present trends, estimate the future development of airpower and how it will overcome the challenge that might occurrence in the following decades. Through the “historical research method”, you will witness that the evolution of modern warfare has been influence by aircraft.
