基隆市國民中學在學學生性騷擾受害經驗與因應方式、身心適應之相關探討

摘要


目的:(1)了解基隆市國民中學在學學生之性騷擾受害經驗;(2)探討基隆市國民中學在學學生性騷擾受害經驗與因應方式之關係;(3)瞭解性騷擾受害經驗與身心適應之關係。材料與方法:研究工具為結構式問卷,針對基隆市各區國民中學,以班級為抽樣單位,隨機抽出75班,由經過標準化訓練之訪員至班級教室施測,以不具名方式填答,回收問卷2,282份,排除本研究所需變項遺漏者,餘1,846人為本次分析樣本。性騷擾受害經驗係分別測量法理(覺得不舒服)及主觀(自述是性騷擾)界定,除分別描述其發生狀況,並將分析法理與主觀界定之差異,最後以法理界定為主指標、主觀界定為次指標來歸類性騷擾類型,進行後續多變項分析。因應方式包括積極與消極導向。身心適應依程度區分為良好、輕度、中度、重度情緒困擾四類。使用一般線性複迴歸、多分類邏輯斯迴歸等統計方法進行分析。結果:(1)46.9%的學生至少有過一項以上的性騷擾受害經驗,性騷擾受害項目數發生1項者為21.2%,2項者為12.1%,3項者為8.0%,4項以上者為5.5%;法理與主觀界定不一致狀況最嚴重者為「性別歧視評論」與「不自在的眼神」;(2)有性騷擾受害經驗者採取消極導向之因應高於沒有性騷擾受害經驗者;(3)調整性別、因應方式及其他壓力狀況後,有性騷擾受害經驗者發生輕度、中度及重度情緒困擾之比率顯著高於沒有性騷擾受害經驗者。結論與建議:國中學生對性騷擾之界定有待加強,且發現性騷擾受害經驗與其身心適應有顯著相關。建議學校及教育當局應正視此一議題,並加強性騷擾防治教育宣導。

Purpose:(1) to describe the prevalence of sexual harassment victim (SHV) of junior high students. (2) to investigate the relationship between SHV and coping style. (3) to analyze the relationship between SHV and psychiatric symptom. Methods: Using structured questionnaire to collect data. The participants are random sampled from junior high schools in Keelung City. Through trained interviewers to sample classes and administrated by students anonymously. 2,282 completed the survey and 1846 were excluded due to lost some information related to this study. Sexual harassment victim was defined as feeling uncomfortable. Coping styles included both positive and passive oriented. The level of psychiatric symptom could be classifield as good, mild, middle, severe. Using multiple regression and polytomous logistic regression to analyze data. Results: (1) There’s 46.9% students have ever suffered at least one condition of sexual harassment. (2) sexual harassment victims adopted more passive-oriented coping style than students without suffering the sexual harassment. (3) after adjusted gender, coping style and other pressure conditions, sexual harassment victims had higher rate of mild, middle and heavy psychiatric symptom than the students without suffering. Conclusion and suggestion: This study found that there were significance relationship between sexual harassment victims and their psychiatric symptom. Suggesting schools and educators to pay more attentions to this issue and to develope effective strategies to prevent sexual harassment in school.
