氣態過氧化氫生成器之研發

摘要


氣態過氧化氫為目前生醫產業所使用之新興消毒劑,但因歐美廠家所生產之氣態過氧化氫生成器價格較為昂貴,秉持著創新開發之理念開發出本氣態過氧化氫生成器,整合市面上較常使用之汽化單元開發出擴散型加熱結構,使液體可以在其中快速擴散均勻吸熱,以達到最低的液體耗損率,並且使用本研究所開發之消毒氣體循環系統,可以提高氣態過氧化氫的消毒能力並且維持空間汽體濃度,第三代加熱器可以達到18~0.88g之每單位分鐘汽化量,使用者可以自行依據場地自訂單位時間所需之進液量,氣體濃度方面也可達到30~50%之汽化有效範圍,在改進濕度控制單元以及汽體推送單元後即可以達到商品化之目的。

The study aim to design a high efficiency vapor phase hydrogen peroxide (VPHP) generator .Since 2006 NASA and JPL had published a series of report about low temperature dry sterilize procedures vapor phase hydrogen peroxide had been used in so many bio-related co-operations. But this technology still has some problem need to be solved. This research was focused on the vaporized structure, one of the key technologies in the high efficiency vapor phase hydrogen peroxide generator. Within the time student was helped by the professor Tsung and designed three types of high efficiency VPHP generator. From first prototype to the third type, this project had successfully design a generator which can vaporize 0.88~18g of liquid hydrogen peroxide into vapor. Although that student still cannot solve the problem of humidity, we still can get a concentration of 140ppm for 0.88g/min. Thus, the research can proof that generator had a range of efficiency about 30~50%.
