利用TRIZ演化趨勢進行創新產品構思 —以電源保護器產業為例

摘要


隨著科技不斷的進步與產業升級加上資訊傳遞的迅速與普及,不僅改變了原有的消費型態、也急遽的縮短了產品的生命週期,面對全球化產業競爭態勢,及全球勞動力解放的嚴峻挑戰,台灣企業要如何擺脫上述困境開創新局是非常急迫的,以適應環境理論(The theory of environmental fit)來看,如果具有研發創新能力,表示該廠商適應環境的能力比較好,尤其在技術、產品生命週期變動快速的產業,越能符合變動下的環境需求,其表現與存活機會也會比不具研發創新能力的廠商來得好。因此發展具有前瞻性及利基產品來區隔不同的市場拉開追隨者的距離,創造產業新藍海是台灣企業必須走的一條路。 故本研究的目的是利用中華民國專利檢索系統及美國專利資料庫,依據以上的研究動機,針對電源保護器產業在產品開發過程中所申請的專利,研究運用D. Mann所提出的TRIZ三十七項參數演化趨勢,進行資料蒐集、分類、歸納,並進一步將歸納後的專利資料,依照TRIZ三十七項參數演化趨勢繪製成演化雷達圖,藉由繪製後的演化潛力雷達圖(Evolutionary potential radar plot)判別及了解現有電源保護器產業專利演化情況,以期達到以下目的: 1.預測電源保護器產業下一階段技術發展趨勢並及早進行專利部署。 2.藉由演化趨勢所得到的訊息,發展出公司可行的競爭策略。 3.及早提供下一階段的產品,提升公司競爭力。 4.找出產品的演化潛力,進行產品創新,創造新的利基產品。

Following the development of technology, upgrading industries and information is spreading rapidly worldwide. It has not only changed the original consumer behaviour but also shortened the product’s life cycle; in the face of globalization competition between industries and the liberation of the labor force form a harsh challenge. All of the problems above are confronted by Taiwan’s industries .Therefore, the desire to solve these difficult problems and finding out new ways of doing things arises, and should result in the development of precursor and niche products in order to create new blue ocean strategy to get a head of the competition. The purpose of the study is to utilize the Taiwan Patent Research System and data bank of the United States Patent and Trademark Office to research the patent application during the process of developing Power Surge Protector and use 37 parameter evolution tendency of TRIZ by D. Mann to proceed to information collection, classification, and conclusion, then draw an evolutionary radar plot, also judge and know the patent evolution in Power Surge Protector industry by Evolutionary potential radar plot. It expects to reach the following purposes: 1.Forecast the following technology development in power protector industry and prepare the patent application earlier. 2.By getting the information of evolution tendency, offer the better competitive tactic for the company. 3.Provide the next phase products to increase the company’s competitive ability. 4.Find out the product’s evolution potential,proceed to innovate products and create the new Niche product.
