摘要


二十一世紀變化迅速的時代下,創新技術的發展腳步促使產品設計流程轉變為與傳統形態的產品開發不同的形式,設計問題越趨複雜、使用者經驗導向的設計需求卻益顯重要,因應此改變的設計方法與流程調整成了必須的課題趨勢。本研究選擇工研院開發之「軟性雙穩態顯示技術」為例,以使用者導向之產品設計構想展開方法探索改變傳統設計流程的議題、並發揮創新技術之優勢以增互動產品設計商品化的可行性。 研究透過現有文獻探討為理論基礎,首先為擬定創新技術適宜之互動產品構想設計策略與方法運用,藉由KJ法進行情報蒐集與分析,進而由專家焦點團體討論該創新技術之未來可行性並提供執行修正建議,透過情境劇本以導向使用者之創意發想與設計實作,最終邀請業界廠商與設計專家分別評估互動產品之未來可行性及設計流程與方法的價值。研究之主要結論如下:(1) 藉由發散與收斂不斷循環重覆的設計方法可驅使創新產品設計之發想兼具廣度與可行性,並展現創新技術產品應用之優勢。(2) KJ法的導入有助於了解產品市場定位,而情境劇本分析有益於互動產品構想具體化,增進使用者與產品間的互動關係並發現其潛在價值。(3) 設計前期的相關研究與調查甚為重要,有助於創新技術之定位、定性、定質、定量分析,使其發展之產品擁有較高之完整性,使設計流程運作更順暢。(4) 設計流程需有彈性,產品設計階段中導入各領域專家的建議有助於創新互動產品概念的發散與收斂。

Innovation technology causing product design methodology to change with traditions product development in the 21st century of rapidly changing. Design problem complex is to show user experience design more important, design methodology must learn to adjust in the future. This study aims to propose an interactive product design methodology with focus on user-oriented perceptive. Using the “Flexible Bistable Display Technology”, developed by Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) as an example, the study analyzes the interactive product design processes. At first, this study takes literature review as the theoretical basis. This is followed by an interactive product design strategy and method with focus on innovative technology of interactive product concept. Using KJ method synthesize information and a focus group to identify technology develop and problems to correct in the future. Given the above results, scenario according to user-oriented perspective of design creativity. Finally, was conducted to confirm this interactive product design processes and product feasibility. This study is concluded as follows:(1) Collecting different ideas at each stage performs feasibility of product development. (2) Using KJ method understands the product position in the market and uilizing scenario analysis help specialized ideas to establish product-user interactive relationship. (3) Preliminary design studies and surveys are very important ,that help innovative technology on Positioning, Targeting, technologically feasible, market size, so that the development of products with higher integrity and operate more smoothly. (4) The interactive product design processes must elasticity of demand,and considering professional suggestions at early design stage helps successful product development.
