應用區域控制系統建構光電顯示面板枚葉式生產自動化系統整合

摘要


本論文以推動平面顯示器光電產業生產自動化整合,將生產不同製程特性的設備,以連續生產枚葉式Inline設計作業模式,訂定水平整合通訊的共同標準介面作為生產控制要素資訊之水平整合,規劃生產流程與資訊收集需求,並透過區域控制系統對上下位系統做通訊垂直整合,降低在建廠期間各設備系統間整合之複雜度,縮短建廠速度,加速良率提升。 我們以第五代平面顯示器關鍵零組件薄膜電晶體玻璃基板與彩色濾光片玻璃基板在中段制程之組合應用,至玻璃之切割製程規劃實例,規範設備共同式樣書,設備間共同連結式樣書,整合PLC 資料交換通訊系統,數位輸出入埠連結,應用PLC通訊資訊,設計區域控制系統通訊電腦中心交換資訊系統架構,並與製造執行系統完成資訊交易,提出全方位生產製造,設備工程,製程整合之資訊與生產設備自動化整合實例之應用,成功地實現枚葉式控制系統在跨世代平面顯示器光電產業扮演製造生產重要性之環節,俾使國內光電產業之自動化更臻完善。 透過機電與資訊整合,提供完整區域控制系統軟體架構與整合經驗,以更具效率、彈性、穩定的系統自我期許,計畫性擴展運用傳統產業產業升級與先進產業生產開發技術,更是我們相當重要的使命。

The research is driven productive automation integration of LCD Display Electro-Optical field, and handling character of different process with In-line design operation of continues processing. Draw up communication common specification of horizontal integration as productive fundamental factor of control. At some time, make out process flow and data collection requirement to integration information of upstream and downstream system with BC, for reduce complicated integration between equipments system on initial stage, shorting set-up time and speeding enhance yield. We apply TFT/CF substrate combination of fifth generation flat display critical component on Cell process area. Come out equipment common specification, equipment link specification to integration communication system of PLC, link port of digital I/O. Design information translate center system of BC architecture with PLC information to deal with MES system. Provide total solution of Productivity, Equipment Engineering and Processing Integration as paragon of equipment automation integration. Realize Inline control system cross new generation on field LCD display, and this system plays key element of link to promote automation of Electro-Optical industry more maturity on domestic.
