臺北市綜合高中導師班級經營效能之研究

摘 要 論文名稱:臺北市綜合高中導師班級經營效能之研究 頁數:135 校所別:國立台北科技大學技術及職業教育研究所 畢業時間:九十五學年度第二學期 學位:碩 士 研究生:曹淵智 指導教授:劉曉芬 關鍵詞:綜合高中、導師、班級經營效能 本研究旨在探討臺北市綜合高中導師班級經營效能之研究,近年來教育改革成為整個世界的潮流與趨勢,教改的思考方式也由上而下逐漸轉變為由下而上。教育關心的主體在學生,教育專業發展的主體在導師。因此導師是一位靈魂人物,也影響了教育成敗之關鍵。導師主宰著整個教學活動之進行,「有怎樣的老師,就有怎樣的學生」,導師兼負著神聖的使命──傳道、授業、解惑,學生在整個學習過程中,其學習或行為表現的優劣,都深受導師之影響。透過文獻探討瞭解班級經營的意涵及班級經營效能的相關理論。本研究編製「臺北市綜合高中導師班級經營效能之調查問卷」,將臺北市綜合高中導師共計306位導師實施調查。所得資料以平均數、百分比、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行考驗,獲得以下結論: 一、臺北市綜合高中導師在整體班級經營效能傾向於中高程度。 二、不同「性別」個人背景變項,女性導師表現優於男性導師。 三、不同「帶班方式」個人背景變項,輪調式導師表現優於年級式導師。 四、不同「任教科目」個人背景變項,專業科目導師表現優於共同科目導師。 五、不同「兼任行政工作」個人背景變項,無顯著性差異。 六、不同「學校屬性」環境變項,私立學校導師表現優於公立學校導師。 七、不同「班級人數」環境變項,未滿30人以下導師表現優於50人以上導師。 八、不同「學程數」環境變項,5種以下導師表現優於5種以上導師。 九、不同「綜合高中規模」環境變項,無顯著性差異。

Recently, education reform has become the trends in the education fields and the approach to it has gradually shifted from a top-down to a bottom-up manner. While the center of concern in education lies on the students, the main target in educational professional development is on the teacher’s side. Therefore, teachers are the important key to the education effectiveness. Teachers are in charge of the educational activities, hence “like teachers, like students”. The sacred calling of the teachers – teaching, demonstration and problem solving – has a huge impact on the learning and behaviors of the students. We analyzed the true meaning of the class management and explored the related theory by means of literature research. In this research, we also developed a questionnaire – Survey for the effectiveness of the class management in general high schools in Taipei – and sampled from 306 teachers. We used mean, percentile, standard deviation, t-statistics and uni-variant covariance analysis to analyze the data. We concluded from the survey that: 1.The effectiveness of the class management in general high school in Taipei is middle-to-excellent. 2.In terms of gender, female teachers outperformed male teachers. 3.In terms of assignment approach, round-robin assignment is better than yearly assignment. 4.In terms of course, teachers for professional courses outperformed teachers for GE class. 5.In terms of administrative tasks, there is no significant difference. 6.In terms of school type, teachers in private schools outperformed those in the public schools. 7.In terms of class capacity, teachers for classroom with under 30 students outperformed those for classroom with over 50 students. 8.In terms of the number of courses, teachers that teach over 5 courses outperformed those that teach under 5 courses. 9.In terms of school scale, there is no significant difference.
