冷凍循環系統遠端即時監測及故障診斷研究

摘要


因為人類對能源的需求持續增加與使用,致使溫室氣體大量排放引發全球氣候變遷,對人類的危害與日俱增。如今我國各類建築主要用電多為空調,空調系統的效能即為我國各類建築主要與有效控制建築物耗能的項目;冰水主機的效率COP(Coefficient of performance)值越高表示以同樣的冷凍能力所需的電力就更少。其中空調系統的性能老舊及部份元件的運轉異常是造成不必要能源消耗的主因,本研究為了降低在這部份的能源消耗,建構一套『遠端即時監測系統』,來達到遠端即時監測與故障診斷,讓使用者可以透過網站與智慧型手機之APP,來監測運轉中系統之狀態,而故障診斷包括了比較常見的三種故障,冷媒過多、冷媒過少及冷凝器散熱不良,當系統其中一項故障條件達到時,故障指示燈就會閃爍,讓使用者即時得知故障之原因,讓使用者可以即時做出故障排除,使冰水主機系統能夠在第一時間做出最好之調控,避免過度的能源消耗或造成更嚴重的故障,進而達到即時監測之目的。

Under growing demand for and consumption of energy, a considerable amount of greenhouse gas has been emitted, which has led to global climate change. At present, air conditioning systems consumes the most power in buildings of Taiwan, and the efficiency of air-conditioning systems is the major and effective item for controlling the building energy consumption. Higher COP (Coefficient of performance) value of water chiller results in less electric power for the same refrigerating capacity. The performance aging of air-conditioning system and operation abnormity of partial components are the primary cause for unnecessary energy consumption. In order to reduce this part of energy consumption, this study constructed a remote real-time monitoring system for remote real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis, so that the users can use the app in websites and intelligent mobile phones to monitor the state of the system in operation. The fault diagnosis covers three common faults, excessive refrigerant, less refrigerant and poor condenser heat sinking. When a fault condition of system is met, the fault indicating lamp flickers, so that the user can know the cause for the fault, and the user can clear the fault instantly. Thus, the water chiller system can be regulated and controlled promptly, so as to avoid excessive energy consumption or more severe faults to attain the goal for real-time monitoring.
