電動車電池租賃定價模式

摘要


隨著科技蓬勃發展、資源開發快速,全球將面臨能源短缺的現象,因此目前各國致力於發展具備高能源效率與零污染排放的電動車,為了使電動車快速普及化,除了提昇電動車電池的效能之外,採用電池租賃方案亦能輔助電動車產業發展,故本研究針對其租賃方案制定一套兩式的定價機制。本租賃定價機制結合下述兩大概念─電動車電池定價設計與雲端運算服務;透過雲端運算技術,提供訊息存取、資源共享及計算其租賃費用供租賃營運商與租賃用戶參考,此概念使租賃機制不被地域條件所限制,提昇其利用率及效用價值;另外,針對所發展的租賃定價模式,對其各項參數進行敏感度分析,求得電池續航力與電池再製次數折舊率兩者分別為電力能源費用及電池租賃費用之主要影響參數,租賃營運商可利用參數分析結果以做出有效有利的經營方針,選擇供應續航力性能較高的電池或提升電池的再製次數最大值,以推動電動車電池租賃機制能在未來電動車市場成為營運主流之一,使租賃公司與電池租賃用戶兩者皆能以雙贏的型態相互依存,為雙方創造更高的經濟效益。研究最後會將利用智慧型行動裝置之應用程式來擬真定價介面,提昇本研究所設計模式未來發展之優勢。

With the vigorous development of science and technology, the world resource developed rapidly to lead people to facing a shortage of energy. Countries around the world are efforts to develop electric vehicle that the advantage is high energy effi-ciency and zero contamination. In order to popularize the electric vehicle on vehicle market, it have a leasing model is important. Therefore, this paper will develop a pricing model for rented an electric vehicle batteries. The lease pricing combine battery lease pricing design with cloud computing services. Using cloud technology to share resources, it is also provide cloud database and calculated the fees. In this study, sensitivity analysis of various input parameters is carried out to evaluate their impacts on the pricing model. These parameters are studied in different deviation ranges in accordance with the rent sensitivity to them, as well as their fluctuation potential. The analysis results is EV distance range and bat-teries remake depreciation rate, it’s to assist operators make decisions. In addition, the use of application software show of simulation user interface, the purpose is to in-crease advantages of this model in future.
