農會信用部營業空間規劃之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討現有農會信用部營業空間類型現況及空間使用滿意度,依農金局所轄277家農會分為三層級歸納,藉由分層隨機抽樣選取受測農會共計83家之問卷調查及兩家之田野調查。本研究「農會信用部營業空間現況調查問卷」共發卷83份,回收76份,問卷回覆率為91.6%;「農會信用部空間使用滿意度調查問卷」共發卷1,245份,回收1,086份,問卷回覆率為87.2%。經現地訪談及觀察信用部空間現況配置、空間使用滿意度問卷調查分析,藉以了解全國農會信用部類型及營業空間現況,研擬不同類型農會信用部營業空間改善規劃策略。 本研究擬另選取兩處不同類型及不同區域的農會信用部,研究分析該農會現況及信用部營業空間需求,深化研究目前農會信用部營業空間現況存在課題之探討,經歸納分析後,提出整合適切之改善設計規劃,進而進行案例局部實質營業空間改善,再藉由被改善農會信用部,實施改善前、後使用滿意度問卷調查以供做使用後評估分析。並藉案例農會信用部改善過程,探討不同類型信用部之施工方式,提供日後全國農會信用部營業空間規劃改善之參考,藉此發展全方位優質又兼具親民形象的農會信用部服務,期望在金融機構競爭日漸激烈的環境下加強農會信用部的整體金融競爭力,更進而積極地達成農民與農會雙贏之共榮局面。 本研究是國內少數探討研究有關農會信用部營業空間改善之論述;也是國內首次針對全國農會信用部實施現況及營業空間使用滿意度問卷調查。期望本研究提供國內解析農會信用部一個嶄新的研究新視點!

The purpose of this study is to investigate the existing space type and the status of Credit Departments of Farmers’ Associations, Besides, 277 departments across the country will be divided into three groups, and, re-zoning in accordance with the national administrative regions of northern, central, southern, eastern, and remote islands. Accordingly, by random sampling, there are 83 departments being selected. Furthermore, to know the current status of the departments’ type and business spaces, the investigation of the space configuration and the questionnaire of space satisfaction survey are carried out. And there is a total of 1,245 questionnaires being issued and 1,086 returned with 87.2% response rate. It is the first time satisfaction survey for the National Credit Departments of Farmers’ Associations, of business space. There are two Credit Departments of Farmers’ Associations, with different attributes and regional characteristics being selected to analysis the current condition and the demands for business space. After inductive analysis, the integration of appropriate design and planning would be proposed to do the partly improvement of business space. Besides, the implementation of the satisfaction questionnaire could be the assessment analysis to be the references of business space improvement in the future time. By doing that, it can develop services with a full range of high quality and local characteristics. As a result, it is expected to create a win-win situation during the competitive environment. This study which is rarely researched in the past discusses the improvement of the Credit Departments of Farmers’ Associations, Therefore, it is expected to propose a new viewpoint.
