引擎裝配線工時降低之物流管理研究

摘要


因應產品多元化,引擎生產線規劃也必須要採取多元化產品之規劃,由於引擎種類增加,造成現行引擎裝配線線邊零件存放區不足,為了滿足未來生產線引擎種類與產能,故將改善物流方式,以及減少作業人員取料走行工時,降低裝配過程中走行取料的無價值工時,使引擎裝配線整體人員工時降低。因此本規劃分析之目的即在引擎裝配線不額外新增條件下,減少裝配人員無價值工時以提升裝配線產量。依據引擎裝配線特性挑選適合導入的物流設備,明確設備式樣後規劃料架功能性,必須符合人體工學的作業高度以及可放置裝配部品,最後確認set(本文中係指成台份零件)撿配料架導入後所產生的無附加價格工時成效,再與未導入前進行比對,降低無附加價格工時4.62分鐘,使得生產線人員也可節省1員,以達本文工時低減的研究目的。

According to the company are planning to diversify its vehicles and engine, the produce procedure of engine must be changed to corresponding that. Currently, the part shelves area in the side of engine assembly line are not enough, In order to fulfill the increasing of engine type and produce capability. So i come up a method to improve logistics, it can reduce non value work time and total operators work time of engine assembly line. This method of thesis is under the condition that engine assembly line does not expand, therefore, it can reduce non value work time and increase produce capability of assembly line. According to characteristic of engine assembly line to choice suitable equipment, first of all, clarify equipment spec and the function of shelves then kick off design. Meanwhile, that equipment must be designed to satisfy ergonomics, such as height of operation and appropriate for putting stuff. Finally, compare the non value work time between using the logistics equipment and before, make sure the non value work time decreased 4.62 min, and save one operator in assembly line , to achieve the method of thesis.
