含牆低層建物之簡易耐震評估法

摘要

本論文主要目的為提出一簡易耐震評估法，於假設之破壞模式下評估既有RC建物之耐震程度，並藉由與實際試驗之結果比較，判斷簡易耐震評估法之適用性，並對簡易耐震評估法提出未來修改之建議與方向，希望能提供一個更準確有效的方法來評估既有含牆低層建物之耐震能力。本文先使用簡易耐震評估法來計算出所選擇的試驗建物之極限側向力與容許韌性容量，再與試驗實際結果之數據做比較並逐步討論當中差易。研究發現雖然簡易評估法計算之極限側向力與容許韌性容量與試驗之結果相比皆過於保守，但用於快速判斷一既有低層RC建物之安全性的疑慮上，簡易耐震評估法仍具相當的實用性。

The main purpose of this study is to propose a simplified method for the seismic evaluation of low-rise RC buildings with infill walls. Besides, the suitability of proposed method has been verified through the comparison with the experimental results. Finally, the suggestions for improve the accuracy of proposed method has provided for future study. According to the comparison of results of selected tested specimens by simplified method with those obtained by test. The simplified method will underestimate the strength and ductility of those specimens, but the proposed method is practical for the rapid safety evaluation of low-rise RC buildings.
